You're right. Both the gummies and softgels could be made to a stronger recipe (right up to 70mg). For the time being, we will see how well the 3,000mg sells but, assuming it goes well, I think we would be more inclined to roll out the ultra strength to other tincture flavours rather than gummies/softgels. Someone wanting a greater amount of CBD from gummies especially and probably also softgels could just take two etc.

I asked, what could've been a dumb question but...., is the 3000mg tincture a statement of quality, ie strength of CBD whilst keeping THC to near zero content...........!

I've picked up a query you sent to our investor relations email on our new 3,000mg tincture.

You're absolutely right that this is a statement of confidence. We believe that our products will comply with the new rules coming into force in the UK next year on oral CBD products and so we felt comfortable going ahead with (by far) our strongest CBD oil to date. I have seen other 3,000mg products and even a 4,000mg product in the UK but, based on our market analysis, on a £/mg basis, our Zoetic Ultra represents the most cost effective product in this segment of the market - even more so with our current 25% sale.

One other point to note. At the same time the FSA announced the rule changes, they also published a maximum daily CBD intake per person of 70mg. We have had a plan to launch a stronger product for a while but this public statement now endorses its suitability for retail.
