Gerard didn't have to explain his wifes' sale, but he did. When a director (or someone close to) sells share's in their co. it's a considered a massive red flag, regardless of size (don't forget, it was only 200k shares :), I fink the share action would've been worse had he not explained the reasoning behind it.............!
