I've thought about this also, and in a success case for ECR in the future, now a producer with revenue and free cash flowing, Mcap (SP) x10 from where we are now say 3p........!

then the BOD realising their "investment" in the co. wont make a big impact on the SP from where it is now, let's say 0.3p (BOD taking salary @ 0.33p BTW)......!
