In order to avoid the expensive arb, that is all stacked against GSPC for an OEX win, a deal has to be struck!

as they're skint, and on the brink of bankruptcy, they'll have to give up some of they're share of Cambay....!

I would also think, whoever loaded them the dosh, want it back quick smartish....... but that's just my theory :)
