I had similar on a stop loss that didn't execute (a while back BTW, don't use 'em anymore), but it turned into a fill or kill, then back to a stop loss, as the SP approached SL value and then bounced. I rang HL, and they said the SL value was so close to executing, but not quite there, so they put it with an actual human/trader rather than the auto system........!
