Cold hard facts..........IMO :) lol

We are trying to avoid Arb atm, both sides that is, not just us.........!

This was put on both parties involved, OEX and GSPC, by the court (a holiday stand in Judge) who rightly ruled in our favour, but bottled a settlement, and so here we are......!

Arb is apparently a lengthy process, and both parties will want to avoid, and so are sat round the table eating chocolate biscuits, I mean hammering out a deal to suit both parties, but will come out in our favour over all :) I reckon.

After that, either a JV/farm in with another (maybe Major) co. to progress Cambay, or we'll have cash and a solid improved JV with the skint almost bankrupt GSPC to progress Cambay......I'm for the former :)
