Wolf is right imj.beadle, the court are holding $3odd Million from GSPC (borrowed from a bank) on the courts insistence, because they effectively ruled in our favour......... just didn't commit to a settlement......... holiday judge, scared'y cat :)

The judge ordered Arbitration........ a get out for the judge, and a prezzie to GSPC, in that it bought them time... :(

not good for us, but we raised @ 0.36p, so game on.......... no new gas/oil fields please, we can't afford it (true), pay up or give us some Cambay GSPC............ is the conversation around the table ATM IMO :)
