The way I see it........!

at the moment the two parties, OEX and GSPC, are in discussions to avoid Arb......... in both they're interests.....!

Ours is time related, they'res is financially related, and as the court bottled it after siding with us (holiday judge), and passed the book to Arb, who won't bottle it..........! GSPC will want to avoid more Arb than us.........!
