Correct Jack, it's not consolidation as I read it,
" The number of New Ordinary Shares in issue following the Capital Re-organisation will be unchanged from the number of Existing Ordinary Shares in issue"
but they're are wanting to move the decimal point on the nominal valuation to the left x2 notches, and give free reign to dilute (a lot) more in the future,
"Following the Capital Re-organisation, the New Ordinary Shares of the Company will have a nominal value of 0.001 pence and the Company will be in a position to issue further shares at less than 0.1 pence per shareFollowing the Capital Re-organisation, the New Ordinary Shares of the Company will have a nominal value of 0.001 pence and the Company will be in a position to issue further shares at less than 0.1 pence per share"
I'm voting against this, for sure, don't let this go through.
We're in this to together, and if they believe in this co. they'll work for cut salary, paid in shares, re-mortgage they're houses........ use the US$240,000 set aside for the Li R&D
All the best (Harsh..........? )
