Blue boy......much depends upon how the Company has managed in the past few months with bond yields on a downward curve. If the company can maintain its dividend payout for the whole of 2020 then this has to be a great buy at these levels for an 8% yield.

Mildly encouraging and with coking coal prices rising recently and exceptional move in price of iron ore , better times ahead. A royalty on a Hummingbird gold asset in Liberia might work out longterm as might the uranium royalty in Spain.

Matt , Obviously a concern and under the "use it or lose it" system in South Africa , the companies that demonstrated proper financial backing and strong technical expertise were in the strongest position . On that basis PREM is going to need a JV partner with very deep pockets for starters.

Decline from 160p top in June to current price would indicate that the "City" knows something. Covid 19 would have had some impact and the KF downbeat interview would not have helped sentiment. Have they been backing wrong commodity risk with silver, copper, lead and zinc roaring not to mention iron ore ? This needs a punchy interview with JT to explain what we can expect over next 12/18 months. Dividend yield (if payout can be maintained) is fine though.

Albus.....having met JT on a couple of occasions at mining conferences , he doesn't strike me as a man who would take that sort of advice from a lawyer. That said , I am a buyer of this share at 110 or lower for a long term dividend play.

Albus.....I am well aware of that but he chose to sell a stake in APF rather than a property or other assets.

But JT sold another chunk in June at over £1.50.

This seems to be on a steady downward curve and with commodities like PB, ZN, CU and AG rising , one would have expected JT to have locked in a few decent royalty deals in the last few months. He would have had his eye on a few and Covid -19 should not have prevented him from signing on the dotted line with Zoom , Teams etc. generally available.

Maverick.....I agree that there are risks out there particularly on the US markets and that is why I am invested mainly in a number of good dividend payers like LGEN , RIO, APF, AAL , THRL and SEQI. I expect PSN and AV. to resume dividends this year. Add to these good gold and silver stocks on the ASX.

Charlie....you are correct that I would not take advice from you and undertake my own due diligence on everything that I invest in whether it is RIO or any number of junior mining companies that have a credible BOD. I have been in the resource sector for very many years and tend to invest through my family fund at pre-IPO level through vast network that I have in South Africa, Australia, Canada and the UK. My current favourites make PREM look like a total joke. When did you last meet GR face to face ?

Amazing that GR is like the Kinks song "Follower of Fashion". Gold has a run up and guess what we have gold in Zimbabwe , like we had tungsten and potash when in vogue and then manganese. If somebody said that emeralds or rubies were the latest thing, GR would no doubt have found some in ZIM. Meanwhile he sits in the "company" lodge without a care in the world and dreaming that a CIRCUM event might happen this year.(Highly unlikely but Charlie who is never wrong on any of his insane predictions will tell you it is just around the corner again and again and yet again.
