Well hopefully the disappointment of GC has passed us, for me getting to the final and getting a ringing endorsement from team members who took part is a big positive, and leads to some serious investment in the months to come.

100% with you on respect and yes there is a disconnect here, from very compelling arguments of the science which unfortunately still go over my head at times to the reality of where we are in terms of M/Cap. I think both are as important. Some still say a BB doesn"t represent a bigger picture, well one day last week with 180k buys, 100k of those were bought between bobbust, Ivy and myself, so it is vital we get some serious inflection news and build a bigger PI base.

Hi Gilders, there are many aspects TBH. No opinion is worthless if it is backed up. Think i will leave kaneonaim to his ranting, and watch the Chelsea game.

I am not saying there is no value in trading VAL, this IMHO is a trading share but no their products don"t excite me as a few others do. So as ever best of luck, responding to your request really, and hope it shows that each person has their own researched opinion to give. As ever not one reply makes me think i am missing something. At least Gilders was very polite and asked what our opinions were based on. Well a few have respectfully responded. It is only an idiot who filters different opinions, why not put up a case for VAL rather than throw insults around like a child?

Interestingly those who have researched VAL and decided not to buy are far more researched than those who ""have a feeling a deal is coming next week"". Read the RNSs, they just don"t stack up, and i think for all companies RNSs give weight to asking questions as no company can give absolute details which are price sensitive and have not occurred yet.

I appreciate that and hey i took my holding from 140k to over 200k last week, so my thoughts are clear enough to see. I just feel the expectations were far too much from day one, we have seen that today and hoping now we start to bear the fruits of what has been a frustrating three years.

Scancell is a very different company than it was years ago, our questions then were ""has anybody else heard of us"", of that we have no doubt, which is a pretty big forward sign considering that hasn"t been driven by new data.

So confident enough now, it is not in my hands, and for all of us there is so much we don"t know or at any given time. Fingers and all crossed.

The only question nobody has been able to answer, and i asked Ruck during the week, I agree about data, BUT howcome with the SCIB1 trial each RNS we received and the better the data the SP kept falling. Why was that IYO

Inan, as i said the other day the problem for me with ADVFN is any good posts also get lost in the constant torrent of abuse. As it goes it was very rarely directed at me, which is why i have no personal issues, but i really didn2t like the concept of a dozen hounds/bullies tearing into you regardless of what was said.

As two functioning BBs, with adults as members the games, abuse must be curbed, debate is good, but now as Wigwammer suggests it is a henious crime to give an opinion. It is for other shareholders to decide whether an opinion is reasonable not those who never have one till after the event.

I have doubts the voulume of 4.5m traded was directly anything to do with GC itself. The contributory factor was the appointments we were told about last Monday.

Anybody reading this BB heard us all say there are no guarantees, and even i thought our chances were very good waited until Thursday before adding more.

I see with no specific item due other than the SCIB 1 IND the speculation is beginning, and yes Ruck, fully entitled to say whatever you want but idle speculation without being able to give any reason by substance is pointless IMHO.

Well surely anybody that has had a business or has worked in one knows you employ key staff because you need too, hopefully to see a return on them as soon as possible, and to complete specific tasks that might have been asked of us or are part of our stratagy. One thing i have never done is appointment such key members whilst running out of funds unless for a quick return.

I really do see Wigwammers post as an opportunistic one to gain more stripes for his reputation as a poster on ADVFN. And as i have said often i personally do not like TFs impersonation of a messaging pigeon in gaining a few recs passing on others opinion, when if i chose or wanted too i can go there myself. It only encourages cross board hostilities which I for one avoid like the plague.
