Morning Ruck, yeah saw that, recently in fact, and just after the one i mentioned another true movei film on Hitlers last few days in the bunkers, one i hadn"t seen before. Maybe you have catch up telly but the Eichman one is really worth watching. Not a bad life eh, I might never feel OK, but not in any undue pain and sleeping 18/19 hours a day i get to catch up on movies i never used to watch from years ago.

Going very off topic (the season is coming to an end) delighted to see Spurs lose tonight, you should only know the rivalry between Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal to get that.

BTW we have the same taste in films, and there are so many channels now the choices always are good.

Crunbs, I am a little, I was hoping we might reach 6p on the back of that and on early exchanges we got to 5.5-/5.70 pretty sharpish. Makes you wonder had we of got no news or news of a further delay what could have been the SP performance instead. But again not really a major issue at this stage, we have seen many buys and very few sells since the RNS.

The dosing thread? Well to be kind some are struggling for items to discuss, and in fairness from what I have seen the last few years common sense does not always apply, so no harm discussing it (despite a bit too much). Personally very happy with that news, increasing by the day, and i do feel after confirming the 2 American sites the FDA Approval will be coming any day.

Did we ever find out whether we have chosen the nano delivery system for SCIB 2 Trial, a question asked by bermuda and one that is important to timelines in that trial for sure. So largely happy to see us swimming above 5p still, but expecting the ask to fall back a bit this week, where selling has not been easy at all.

So still the chinese patent to come on Moditope and confirmation of the IND from the FDA, enough to keep us going until further news on Moditope is ready to be RNSed, and that could well be second catalyst weneed in our battle back to double figures, and then my 15p will seem more reachable than at any recent times. As a few respected voices have said we are high risk still, but the SP is nore than just alittle interesting where it sits, I go along with that, but good to read.

Saw a great movie tonight on the movie channel about how the Israelies captured Albert EIchmann, to name a few from Argentina, not glammed up, but emotive to those of us involved so deeply, yeah, worth a watch.

Till tomorrow we go, every day starting to feel like any news might come, any news being far better than none and the tone to me is being set for a crescendo of news which will attract more PIs here. Well a little secret, I go to Waitrose as it is very close to me, as I guess we all do in our choice of supermarket, then we claim it is the best, lol. I still speak to Princess Kim, regularly, she is actually a scientist, not a man as Lozans fantasies suggest. A nice lady.

Just woken again after another 22 hour sleep, so yes, I guess recovering from Friday, but just woken by UCLH for me to go in Thursday for my pre-op, and Tuesday for op. They are sure moving fast, so very sleepily I put Thursday off till next Tuesday (after Bank Holiday) with the op set for next Thursday. Was expecting it by end May, so just need a few days to set my mind right for it.

Another quiet week here, been surprised at the threades re dosage. I take 24 medications a week, including morphine etc, and nowhere on my prescription does it say if you put on/or take off a few pounds change your dosages accordingly, so just wondering why it is being discussed so much? Not any harm though, whilst we leave Ruck and Inanaco to debate away!!!

Just been reading Cars post re Share Prophets, and good to see (for me) somebody else views Scancell in exactly the same way as I do. With my post in mind, this is what they had to say (part of it)........

Always good to see somebody else thinking the same way, and I rather think he won"t be charged ""with falling in love with the share""". Like us Share Prophets don"t always get it right, but I would rather they agreed with the way I see it, than not, for sure. So as I said over the weekend, Chinese Moditope Patent Grant should be coming soon, trial plans and sites for SCIB1 Trial (if not mentioned in the Presentation, I am yet to catch up) and just a feeling the IND approval from the FDA for trial approval for the U.S arm of the SCIB 1/Keytruda trial. Can anybody think of anything else we are expecting?

So again for me, hoping the SCIB 1 Trial acts as the catalyst for a share price recovery for starters, and hoping just as much to read some views from many who are in this share or new to it, but rarely post. Your opinions are important and valued, it hasn"t been that easy trying to find new topics to discuss for a while now,yes a lot of it has been speculative, but hey on every BB that is the same, and we have hardly been overly informed of new news for some time now.

Ultimately the eventual success of the company will all come down to how its four treatments – SCIB1 is the most advanced – perform in tests, and whether they eventually make it onto the market.

But in the meantime, I think that there is plenty potential for a share price rise, as the company is currently trading at its lowest ever level of just 5.4p to buy, and a market cap of around £20 million.

The chart probably suggests that buying now might not be the best move as it is in a downtrend, but I think that we also have to consider the effects that the recent selling by City Financial has had on the company. Onwards forwards we march again, no mindless buy buy buy just hopefully good common sense.

I think that is a fair appraisal, but it isn"t as simple as being a binary play, there are plenty of LTHs wanting to add at these levels, a lot have, but most are waiting to buy into a rise on game changing news. Still I thought we were heading for 6p last week, then buying just stopped at 9.00. Still there were just over 2m traded, 1.7m were buys, so whilst we focus on buying stopping, we are hardly seeing a mass sell off either.

Another week tomorrow, expecting news of the Chinese patent for Moditope, and fancy news of the FDA approval for U.S trials. Some commentedthat what was interesting what wasn"t said? but i thought by saying we will have 2 sites in America and 3 here in the U.K they said a lot. Plenty of us were worried about any trial, but Scancell just don"t repeat what they have said and that was trial starting by end H1 2019. So just hoping same applies with the U.S.A, we haven"t heard differently, and a couple commented what has happened to Keith Flaherty? Well we will find out soon. Some might think that will signal a raise, I don"t believe so, as I have said, we have enough to kick off trials u to Open Label news and it is just my opinion that with positive news from trial, and a first commercial deal, maybe on MOD1, it will if necessary to raise more will be done back in double figures. So a good day today would have taken a point at Man U at 4.30, but we murdered them largely just can"t score winners, but it is firmly back in our hands now, a miracle in itself.

Would be even better if we get some more good news soon as well. One thing for sure is the Scancell BOD have spent a lot of time over funding issues and I am sure they agree we need great news to get this SP moving again, I really get concerns about it but I still think we will get good news, possibly a deal on MOD1 and if necessary the ability to raise at a much higher M/Cap.

Keeping the faith, as i have done with Chelsea finishing top 4!!! What a result again Arsenal losing 3-0 again, it is back in our hands even if we lose at Man Utd today. Arsenal losing three times in 7 days, there is a G_d!!!!

Thanks for being so candid, sounds like your wife was diagnosed just a little before me. So sorry to read that, if you recall i spent some eight weeks in IC with pneumonia and given just up to six months to live. Shows how random this disease is, I am just delighted that diagnosis these days is far better and many more are being caught earlier, adding to a growing survival time list. It was during that time inanaco came to visit me, never had met before, and glad we did.

So agree with you about ramping, best I say no more, except at least we debate the science and disagree with somes interpretations, after all with lack of news we can only speculate more. Better to disagree than have no debates at all, and it why all the guys that post relevant to our science get my support and appreciation. As you well know some biotech BBs rarely venture that far. I believe each and every person is well capable of estimating timelines and very few of us agree on that in fact, clinical development by defination must cause delays at each juncture and is why i tend to defend the BOD when there ""ineptness"" is brought up. Was it not you who said recently that the best time to buy is at its lowest and the best time to sell is at its highest. Said it all for me, lol.

I agree on all other points, mind you a rise to 65p would be very welcome!!!

Rarely post there now, I prefer tot hink of the many from 7p down who litened and cut their lose a while ago, I wasn"t the only one, never deramped it as i wouldn"t of bought in at any price. But it is Scancell I research as much as VAL and the share has falen like stone. I understand why and always said it would take a few items of good news to get us back, Thursday i was hoping we might reach 6p, las we didn"t. We have the City Financial debacle to get over, not just our own issues.

Did we hear anything about the nano delivery system for SCIB2 Trial posed by bermuda, would be great to have both trials running by end 2019. And no reminders for Moditope, Glycans, TCR and the rest of our pipeline. In principle the more negative posters have reasons to consider, reasons we all know, but why the aggression and making out we disagree. I have stated what i hope transpires, te RNS boosted my hopes that a plan is in the stratagy, but will never be swayed about raising now as being a lifesaver for us, i believe quite the opposite in fact, and see how it can be avoided.

Lets hope timing comes together, 2 SCIB trials running by start 2020, a commercial deal on MOD1 and then if we have to raise hope the triald data can take us back into double figures and give us enough cash to remove the elephant from the room. There are so many combinations we just one to change everything and yes i find the two hireers compellingly favourable, would people of tht calibre join us if we didn"t know something tangibly more than we do. I here what wasn"t said is the more important, but lets start in the time CH had allowed to welcone SCIB 1 trial, IMHO the FDA approval will follow soon, and despite what has been provocatively posted a return to Keith Flahertys watchful eye is on the cards for the two sites in America. We have time still before we have to raise, to get SCIB 1 going, hopefully SCIB2 too, and see a deal on MOD1 I hope soon, then the data from three trials will define our future.

Yes our patience has been tested beyond, the SP has left us all well done, but hppy that newbies could benefit from an entry price none of us LTH could have ever imagined. As I said after buying 100k in the 7s i could buy 100k more at a little over £5k but as some may now budgeting on the unknown is tricky so i won"t be adding more, I thing 220k is enough and well past a target i ever wished for. So lets get back to 10p and then my average of sub 15p is in sight and good trial data in this mad market can see that happen quickly.

Sorry that many seem to have departed, well more are just waiting to see us return to double figures on momentum befor rejoining us again. I believe it will happen. So our chief deramper reckons it was what was not said that will sink it, I prefer to think what was said could be the catalyst for a big re rate if the ducks line up.

Ruck, I have said many times how much I value your input here, nothing has changed. I have always felt your posts are balanced, on one hand managing to seperate the share as a financial entity and the other a real desire to see Scancell succeed. From what i have picked up, and i like to believe i don"t miss too much posted over the years, that you have sold out your holding here twice and re bought back in when you felt the price is right.

I am sure many of us read your post recently saying your wife passed away to cancer some 37 years ago. I can"t remember you ever posting that before, and felt you did so to remind us how much you wanted Scancell to suceed. There have been more than a few posts questioning your intent here, i have no problem with the balance you seek, and again felt you posted that to remind us where you are coming from under a spate of criticism, in recent times. I would say the reason I have always taken to your posts is that despite your wishes you are not afraid to give your opinions on what you see as slightly over positive posts.

Makes me laugh how those who have inputed the most here are called rampers, the horsemen, above all liars, I see no problem with being positive at all, and is there anybody who thinks that those accused do not know the risks we are involved in too suceed. Why do we get continually accused of not being aware of the pros and cons, believe me we do, and where would we be without all the excellent posts by many about our science. We get accused of saying buy buy buy. Not the case as many would agree with, I have criricised a lot and declared my buys and a few sells just to show how i feel at any given time.

Just had a chance to read back BB, if only back to 10.30 last night!!, lol. Yes it seemed to be like those glorious days, six years ago now when we had smiler, le moore and agema posting on those mad Friday nights, Me not having a clue what BBs were about, thinking anyone who traded Scancell had committed a sin, yep come a long way since (well I think so).

GF123 and Ratty welcome to the club. I have been bombarded with accusations of threatening Knowlesi for weeks now, (is he really telepathic?). Still tying to find even a hint of a threat, mind, but speaks volumes IMHO.

Will catch up with the rest soon, but I made it to my appointments at UCLH by 08.30 for my scan and consultations (thanks to my wonderful friends) I had already decided to accept the Microwave Ablation after turning it down two months back. What has changed? Well the tumour is 15% bigger than then, I cannot have anaesthetic but need two to administer local and make sure the area is well frozen, as they insert two needles (while I am very awake) into the tumour and microwave it!!! From a one hour op it is now four hours!!! and the one in ten chance of not making it (heart failure, lung collapse etc) is now 15%. It is the first one they have done for someone like me (cheers me no end!!) but only doing it as there is a 100% chance i will die if it is not done. I turned it down originally because after six years (only given six months!!) I had really had enough, but hey a few things have changed and am ready to fight. Just couldn"t give up like that, and( hey I want my £10 a share, lol).

So one more. appt with the anaesthe........cant spell it, and should be done by end May. Am I worried?, yes terrified, but in good spirits.

I really want to hear great results from the SCIB 1 trial, and much more, and as many know this share has kept me going for much of my time. Yes thrilled to hear the UK arm is going ahead. At least we will get more news flow, and allow for further news to come as and when. I accept this a financial instrument but cannot fathom how some can post as they do. The waiting rooms on the 4th Floor (my first visit) were packed with people, elderly, in wheelchairs, amputees all like me who cannot have surgery, chemo or radiation in a last chance saloon, which privately I don"t have much confidence in. I just looked around and felt tears, not for me, but for just a few of the folks, some i knew, and seeing how much there health had declined, and more importantly most with friends like mine looking with ashen faces as the reality sunk in. Just glad they heard my ailments first hand and truly understood what has been going on for so long.

So grateful they will do it, will give it my all, and hope things on here settle down a bit. The nastiness and venom sits badly with me, I am too close to it for comfort, and lets all hope that Scancell can get this funded, into trials and have many more survivors over 5 years.
