panda, haven"t been able to get down there to see, but there was 21m left after the 5m sell and those were still left a couple of weeks back. There has hardly been any sell off suggesting they are still disposing at these levels, in fact when the SCIB 1 trial news came out just over 2m shares were traded that day of which 1.7m were buys.

Goosed from the ADVFN BB used to go down to the registry during his time here and bermudashorts makes reference to any changes too. Seems to me since they appointed new administrators they might just have prioritised other dhares for disposal now, and not sure how to word this but seems to me the MMs are running the book here without any consideration of those 21m shares on a daily basis. Seems crazy that an institution could pick up those shares for about £1m ...............but if they are holding i guess they are seeking more than that for such an important holding. Sure we will find out sooner than later on what the plan is, but again despite volumes being so low we are not seeing a sell off, far from it. Hope it helps

Well yes as last weeks RNS confirms for here at 3 sites in the U.K. Patients (25) will start to be injected before end H1 2019. Still waiting on FDA approval for America, for the same delivery system and that IND will begin another 25 patient trial at two U,S,A sites, still within that timeframe. Hope that helps. ATB

Why have I got an RNS feeling before Bank Holiday Monday? Well i"m up, so bring it on!!!

So another Bank Holiday coming Monday, the season has begun again.Will be very happy to hear about the US.ar, of SCIB 1 Trial, chinese Patent useful for IP, but it is realising our IP that is key now, and any news that will help that happen is so welcome here.

Hopefully be up tomorrow to see what occurs, and whilst there are still many scenarios of how we progress, just knowing the trial is progressing excites me no end and allows a bit more patience on other news expected or hoped for. Going Saturday tothe restaurant we celebrated my birthday last week, been going for 35 years it is there last night trading so looking forward to that and just hoping another bit of news before then.

I can feel something good coming before Monday so alarm set for tomorrow. Good luck for all of us in that regard, catch yer tommorow i hope. Goodnight.

Importantly, as i said in my post defending roses, the fact he is still posting here suggests to me there is still money to be earned here trading this share. In no way am I suggesting shareholders are at any further risk from today. The share price could see some nice spikes or indeed new lows. I do not fancy myself as a trader, so will not be playing here.

What i foresee is just an outcome IMHO born out of years of rearch here, when/if it happens is purely a guess. So as i also made very clear, thosewho are trading this and have incurred losses, best of luck in recouping some, I have no opinion in the very short term how this pans out.

Uncanny, when you report whatever posts you decide are misleading and erroneous, please include this one.

As I have said for a few years now, IMHO VAL will be taken over by Valiseek or any linked company for a nominal sum, and shareholders are very likely to lose any monies invested. That is why the deal RNSed last week is structured how it has been to ensure the lenders have no risk, which is their first duty of care to any shareholders they may have.

Talking about duty of care, could you ask them to investigate the BOD for the manner in which they have run this company..................into the ground IMHO.

And whilst you are at it, could you please report yourself, for what i see as very misleading posts, specifically in regard to commercialisation of VALs pipeline.

Please let us know how you get on. These are my opinions only, and the further this develops the closer IMHO we are to seeing this to happen. As i have said before too, I would be very interested to know how much has been spent in trials and developing the pipelines compared to what has been spent on Director salaries. Goodnight.

Well, for the same reason i always have. As you know I have been fighting lung cancer for six years, and was recently diagnosed for the fourth time with another tumour in the same lung.

Going for a pre-op Tuesday, and microwave ablation Thursday. The odds are 15% that I wont make it through the op, but if i dont have it 100% I will die from it. How I wish VAL did have a ""cure"" for this condition, as many claimed, wickedly claimed as I said often. I cannot have chemo, surgery or any more radiation so this is last chance saloon. You just might get your wish, even if i do get the op. G

Well funny enough that is what drove me here, i always saw it as a very bad investment from the 7p days, and yes I hope what was posted helped others in deciding their stratagy. As you know i got 6/7 raisings correct and 6/7 prices absolutely spot on, and that was with the incredible lemgths some went to filter me, abuse me and report the true facts.

Strange. Uncanny too, I posted two years back that I thought you were the worst poster on LSE, the post got removed and i apologise for that. But reading your posts every day I really wonder where you are coming from. As the reality of the situation becomes very clear, the more positive you post, and the more you want to filter those who have called this so very right. In fact if it wasn"t for both of yours post I doubt I would have carried on posting here at all. Uncanny you talk about commercialisation as if it is happening, the opposite is true, and I really wonder where you are coming from or the utter contempt you have for those who knew better. To everyone else hope you can recoup large sums invested in any way you can, the Bio sector is not all about what trade is a buy or sell, as I see here daily, but the science, the competion, and most importantly the DATA. IMHO it was that data 16 months ago that sealed VALs fate, it ws ramped and hey we have no survivors. IF with the incoming funds that could be available VAL can correct that there lies and seals there fate.

BTW Ruck, in answer to your question about money v cure, not the fairest of question really. I have said I just want to see a cure, from any company, TBH I am pretty sure with the way things stand, time is catching up with me, but at some point when Moditope funding and trials begin every one of us will enjoy seeing profit here. Just promise where you can to support the company in any future raisings, I am pretty sure we will have one. GL buddy.
