Yeah, think I mentioned that last night or this morning. Your post listing so many issues gives even more credence to that, wouldn"t be surprised at all if we got an important RNS prior to Pro Active.

Either way, if he mentions SCIB1/2, mod1/2/3 or glycans which are our pipelines it would be hard not to update on the current situation without mentioning new news so a confident RNS for me Thursday morning. Never been to a Proactive Event before, must say looking forward to it.

Thanks for that, a very concise list indeed. Little wonder we are itching for updates, and expectant. A reminder too to add SCIB2 to what timelines we are hoping to meet.

Hopefully he will offer that information, but a good reminder that could well have been subject of an RNS, explaining why and reminding us what is to come.

Hopefully one poster here will decide not to lecture us on taking up too much of Scancells time? , as so many times previously. Perhaps he should show more respect in our ability to hold conversations at any level, not asking ridiculous questions that they cannot answer and above all polite. I know my mails elicit a reply in many occasions on the same day, as RG did before him, and to some who have never mailed Scancell they really do appreciate our interest in the company, and make that very clear. I would say with the share price at 5.15 they would think there is something very wrong if we showed no interest at all.

There is no way any of us who are attending on Thursday will come back with any of the info we would like to know, lets see what if anything is RNSed by then first, and then what CH can discuss going forward, but whether it is for events in the last year, now or even in the future months..............Come on Scancell, there are many ways to communicate, but just let us feel we are in this together, how the new hireers are getting on, what projects are being prioritised etc etc.

We know the difficulties Scancell have in discussing key points not yet finalised, please don"t take any examples literally, but there must be a better way, certainly one where we can attract interest, stop the exodus from this share and start our rise to a sensible M/Cap based on what must be a healthy IP. We are not seeing that now, so I2m afraid if its not working, change it!!! Simple as.

For many others who cannot attend, or rarely post if you have other issues to those stated yesterday, please post what they are. None of us who posted yesterday are asking for anything other than a better way, no conflict, lets see if we can get this over, once and for all, and change it for the better.

Well, I wasn"t going to miss today!! A beautiful red sky this morning above the sun rise, bodes well.

Deadly Avenger, just noticed your 21.04, talking about your recent comments of lack of updates to shareholders, and yes from time to time we have heard the same from many, and what upsets me is the many we never heard from as they sold down/out their stakes as a direct result I think of the same thing.

It must be about two years ago now, after we received a spate of news towards the end of RGs reign about collaborations with a few, which showed me at the time when RG was getting a lot of stick just how long events can take before being subject to RNS news. I felt with CH taking over it would herald in a new beginning for us, and we all probably remember his reference to short term news to come, or whatever the words were, I got accused of ramping either way, lol and in the absence of that news about July/August I was screaming murder that we were still waiting for this important news a few months on.

Seven years back, we would often joke that it was Scancells way not to just bombard us with meaningless news, and well before i started many had complained of it. Correct me if i am wrong but did not CH apologise at the AGM for the words he used after we received no news, whether it was imminantly short term or even very short term.

At the last AGM which i couldn"t attend there was much discussion about the very same subject, I remember Ivy Spivey leading the mounting frustration which sounded like a call to arms for what could of been a messy AGM. I was just hoping the subject of a seeming lack of news/or just lack of news would feature highly in the Q & As, was looking forward to an update on that and other issues which IMHO we didn"t get, compared to the years before, and it is easy to say that since the AGM we have lost many shareholders more, hence the current price of 5.15

So i agreed with you when you brought it up, a few other holders i respect did too.

So Chester, added to your rather short list i will be trying to discuss this issue on Thursday, time permitting, and for any of us used to these meets time is hard to get. You have both prompted me to sit down today and pen a rather detailed e-mail to CH and BOD about this issue, something I haven"t done for a while, but is so important.

None of us want to hear nonsense RNSs, and I cringed at one (for example only) issued by the VAL BOD last week to let shareholders know that Hardman Research had done an updated piece on them. We have had that on many occasions (would we want or need that RNSed?) it just made me feel if thats the best news they can empart then a placing is due Tuesday morning, IMHO.

We understand deals have to run a long course, but we really should be better at communicating to us on clinical development, good discoveries etc, that hold our interest better than has been done.

We have over the years had our fair shay of posts on who is learned enough to discuss our Science so well. Just wanted to say I have been blessed to have my own oncologist who without his love and care i would not be here now, total trust and the most valuable part of any relationship is the care and bedside manner they afford to you, giving you the ability to want to fight whilst knowing the most important person in your life is watching your every move and understands all the items that affects yo personally.

With all their knowledge, participation in trials like Car T, prescribing the most potent approved medications to suit your needs and able now to be able to use diagnostics and sequencing to make their decisions better. I know my guy has moved into trialling this field, abandoning Car-T trials, seeing patients, ward to ward and in clinic, they have one fault gladly admitted they do not have the time to fully research new treatments coming to the market in immunotherapy for one. My greatest honour is alerting him to Scancell and him telling me his views after being alerted to them by me and choosing to follow that particular share. We spend many hours discussing it, something i value so very much.

My point being even the finest oncologists have limitations, not enough hours in the day, it is that human realisation which i admire so. So for all those discussions often derogatory, it matters very little as each field of interest is starting to open more and more possibilities of understanding and better treatment practice, something we should all value very highly. I would add that just rearching Scancell without other treatments has its downfalls too. Collective knowledge shared is as good as it gets and we are still in the early stages of a revolution taking place, one that should excite us. We are not looking for World Dominance just a market share of a reasonable amount to satisfy the needs we have.

I know without their expertise i would not be here, even with them so many don"t survive, I feel blessed and know the data they collate on just on me with so many outside factors improves their understanding leaps and bounds and will in time improve treatments quite dramatically for the many not the few.

Our biggest asset is LD, and i do read much of her published work, she has an enormous understanding of so many discoveries, it just excites me she leads Scancell and her standing does get us to the attention of those who aso acknowledge her excellence in the many ways we see. That in itself should give us a lot of faith in Scancell, I hope. A lifetime illness, brought to the fore like never before by diagnosis available which is improving all the tile is precious, and despite our natural fears, i find great solace in that alone. I really hope many do as well, it is just the name of the game that allows long periods of silence, as it takes a long time in the lab to perfect our science. As you might know I am planning on going along on Thursday, as the crow flies I must live 8/9 miles away from the event, just need to get a ticket on Tuesday, unfortunately cannot use my Freedom pass, not that great, but am happy to spend the £65 odd on taxis to get there (lets all feel sorry for London cabs, lol)!!! Again presuming I"m up for it.

The points you raise are all important and alligned to exactly how I feel too, point (a) being the issue I really do wonder about. The others of course I would love an answer too, but having attended, what will be my 6th AGM or presentation, not expecting they will have answers too, but I have forged "a relationship" with CH, feel I have a reasonable chance of interpretating his thoughts on the matters you raise, given a few minutes of his time. More importantly having missed last years AGM I just feel I want to hear his current thoughts, as I have said I feel a bit under researched the last year.

The answers to b and c will be difficult to press for, I guess like you and many we hope for an RNS preceding the meeting, allowing CH to talk freely about items like that, But as to your last comment...............

Evening Guys, a pleasure to read some very good posts "of interest" and "on topic".

Rats, well reminded, can"t remember reading that, what was said by LD about BioNTech, but have always thought our last two hirees are very significant. Why would two such experienced, succesful people join a company like Scancell, apparantly "we have been told here" so short of funds that a placing about 1/3p is needed just to keep the lights on!! Well they wouldn"t would they, I am sure they had a few important choices, and i have always felt something special was on the table for them to decide to come here. As we say often ""time will tell"" and IMHO with the time that has passed I think we will find out very soon a lot more. I have always felt they were brought in to do a specific job by the likes of BioNTech essential to proceeding with a deal. For those companies who have worked closely with us, and for many who haven"t I would say Moditope has caught the eye of many and as we are starting the descent into trials they all now the possibility of an auction is very much there, one they would prefer not to get caught up in, however much we would.

Ray would you be so kind to post the link you are reffering too, it is time i got up to speed on the last six months and a bit. I have often said i feel a bit left behing in events referring to BioNTech and Moditope even with our partners in Project Blueprint, It is not i am less enthusiastic, far from that, I have doubled my holding but i have just had to focus in that time on my own forthcoming treatment for NSCLC and Microwave Ablation. Fortunately when the SCIB 2 Trial starts I will be very well positioned to import a lot about that condition.

After rejecting that treatment back in February because of high risks and side effects i am waiting to be accepted Surgery was never on the table for me and the 12% chance of making it through treatment alone was just too much for me, but as explained a couple of weeks back the growth is such now that there is a 100% risk I won"t make it without urgent treatment. The odds just got better!!! I can"t have anaesphetic, and the danger is mostly my heart failing along with collapsed lungs. My point being i have been researched out for months and really appreciate Ray, Crumbs and Cars bringing it all back to life. Pretty sure many of us appreciate it and especially newbies or those that are watching us closely. So whatever you guys can post up is of much interest to me.

Really enjoyed today, slept till 3, a few hours in the sun, changing colour by the day, and a beautiful night at home spent with my new lady, seems funny 134 years between us and playing our favourite music on You Tube. Can you believe most of it from late 69/70 is fifty years old now, never sounded better, where have those years gone?? Morning Hanoi, always good to see you posting here. My thoughts on my holding? Well hasn"t changed too much from the lows last year, the potential screams out at all of us, as the SP slides. I said to you a while ago i had mentally written off my investment here,. A very good post by chester and the fear the IND has spread is something none of us expected. It seemed a perfect scenario to have had SCIB1/2 trials running whilst we await Moditope trials and now being Q2 2019 much of that has been replaced by fear, fear of the unknown and yes i do think by now we should have heard what it is that is delaying it further,

On the other hand with an average below 15p, i can think of a few items that might just take us back there in time. An SP of 50p would bring me in £110k, a tidy sum pro rata life expectancy, one i would love to have for sure. And i guess for Scancell very disappointed we are not back in trials which we know has saved so many lives 7 years on.

I still wake up every morning hoping to hear the news we all pray for, guess we will have to wait for Tuesday now, lol. ATB Hanoi

What a naughty poster you are becoming. I actually do know of two posters who have been reporting most of my posts for a few years now, one nobody would ever guess, but yes on this occasion i do think someone has complained and might i add not for the reasons you give.

Interesting though you must be one of those who attributed much to winning GC, quite an opposite opinion to thode who thought differently, and frankly if the fall represents that alone, we could feel somewhat aggrieved at losing £10m off our M/Cap, considering not all the monies were due to us, nor covered all our pipelines, by a long way.

They were certainly polite about it, so i will certainly abide by it. Just seemed so petty at the time, especially as PIs weren"t aware of it.

A very quiet day today, just noticed our M/cap is £19.97m. Just seeing our pipeline, data banked and new very important hirees, IMHO it does seem very low. I can honestly say if i had the choice of waiting for lower or building a holding now, I know exactly what i would do. Not unrealistic to feel we will get news to double that at least. TBH quite happy to see Easter is amongst us.

nomlungu, it is a very difficult time to even call buys and sells, so I am not. The vast majority of trades are taking place between 15.1.and 15.12. impossible to call, and just as well could be a buy at a discount, we will never know, but of the 238k traded i would say buys and sells are pretty even hence why we have seen no movement for some time.

It seems pretty obvoius you are waiting to buy in quantity, nothing wrong with that, not so sure why you are so intent on playing the man and not the ball though.. That 100k made no change to how many the MMs would take, or any change to level 2, Although MMs are running two books at the moment to possibly accomadate the fallout from City Financial in as orderly a manner as is possible. Just MO, but quite content to see this small spread in play.

I directed what a long post to you which has largely gone ignored,, it was meant to show some respect to you and i was just interested in how you the change the subject matter so quickly and indeed continue to show little respect for the Bio down the road. You rarely pick up on the positives here presume you dont see there are any, ce"st la vie.
