Pre-clinical studies have demonstrated that administration of SCIB2 as a liposomal nanoparticle results in potent immune responses and prolonged survival. The nanoparticle technology utilises known lipid carriers that are optimised to deliver SCIB2 DNA to immune cells. The liposomal nanoparticles protect the DNA from degradation and facilitate efficient uptake, expression and T-cell activation against cancer cells. The nanoparticle delivery system provides an alternative approach to electroporation, which has been used to deliver other ImmunoBody® agents to patients. Cancer Research UK are now planning a clinical trial to investigate the safety and efficacy of the SCIB2-nanoparticle complex in patients with solid tumours.

I will leave it to you to decide on the quality of posters here and the bonus to me is the general understanding of holders as to the current position of timelines that fuel our hopes. Don"t want to be picky as to your post, but muh of what you ask has been well discussed here in recent weeks/months and I am sure it was pretty clear the predicament we found ourselves in with City Financial whose stake of some 6% we put into administration some months ago, which resulted in a 5m sell, and the balance of 17m odd were sold the weak before last which resulted in the bid reaching an all time low of 3p, before bouncing back sharply, even though we remained down some 15% on the week.

Not sure howyou wanted someone to reply to last nights post, but much of the information is available in recent RNSs and is fresh news. With that in mind you comment...................

Morning Dracula, the only reason i didnt answer your question that you mention is there wasn"t really an answer to it.

I think you asked whether we could reach 30/35p this year. Well I certainly hope we can, it would mean a rise of 750% but to answer just yes or no didn"t seem an educated answer, it obviously depends on news, dta, funding and commeril deals.

As I said on the VAL BB yesterdy in retrospect i understand the reasons why we are sitting at 4.25, and projecting forward I can imagine a news flow that would include non dilutive funding, and allow us to raise backin double figures if we need/choose too..

Wasn"t meant to come over as deafening silence, guess evryone felt it was a question demanding wild guesses, and presume you realise that now. Good luck here, if the question was can anybody see a decent return here by next year, my answer would have been yes.

Another week, 20th May, just two weeks away from the Bio Convention in Philadelphia, 5/6 weeks away from first dosing in SCIB1 trial in combination with Keytruda and the same amount of time away from the BioNTech collaboration ending in its current form, (what comes next?) News of the IND approval from the FDA for SCIB1 Combo is likely to be Approved in that timescale IMHO, and news of the Chinese Patent for Moditope should be forthoming too (probably red tape at its finest, lol).

While SCIB 1 promises to be the next news up, plans for MOD1 will be very close behind, looking forwards to hearing more about both trials down to the final details.

Amongst all that I just wonder what will come from the BIO Convention, good to be around ISA, Ichor, BioNTech and Genentech and a host of other names too, news about our SCIB 2 trial, now fully funded by CRUK is due for updates, leaving MOD2 and MOD3 plans to come. As ever it is news from the left field that we hope will come, but think as many do we have a fair bit of news due.

Trading on Thursday and Friday moved the ask up to 4.50, looking this morning for the bid to rise to 4.20, and if indeed all City Financial stock was snapped up, then last week we only saw 950k sells,as little as 5% of the total amount bought, and an indication perhaps that those who came in are looking forward to news as much as me.

We aren"t adverse to a Monday RNS, would love to see one this morning, and just going off topic ""who watched The Cup Final on Saturday""?? As a lifelong football fan, and fanatical Chelsea fan, I thought that was the best Cup Final I can remember, and as we have seen many times in the last 4/5 years it was won by the best team in England I have ever seen. A pleasure to watch it, and hopefully a pleasure to be in Scancell in the weeks to come.

I hope above all, along with a few other posts we have shared, that it signals a truce between us, the end of bad feeling which has gathered over the years. There are never good ways to express difference of opinions on a BB, and i genuinly hope we can move on from here.There have been vast sums of money lost in either share and i know vast sum still invested here. Even with my averge of slightly less than 15p,I often wish I could come in at these levels, as many do,but do feel that one day that average will be blown away. The pipeline is strong, compelling data exists, the elephant in the room that has been the case for so long is funding, I believe we are getting closer to removing that ATB.

If you disagree with any of that would be only happy to know why.

Dracula, I think in the last few weeks/months you have read many reasons why the majority of us believe we are in for an exciting period, and you have read too reasons why some believe it will not happen yet.

With regard to Year 1970s post, and a few more beside recently, I feel there are other reasons he has chosen to post here, largely referring to me, and i really appreciated his most scathing post timed exactly for my operation last Thursday a week ago. Inotice today he posted again repeating for the thirtieth time he is not a ramper or a deramper, so we should allbe very grateful he has returned to the BBs to ""help us"", just a shame the events of Yoda and Multigger and himselfstill figure so obviously from every word he says.

We have the SCIB1 Combo trial with Keytruda confirmed to begin now end of H1 2019, enough fundingto kick start the trial, and a fully fundedtrial with SCIB2 being fundedfully in the near future. MOD1 is ever nearer to human trilals, there is a real possibility of three trials being in place next year. Our recent collaborations namely with BioNTechare up for extension in June this year,and we have reasonable hopesof a commercial deal to come from that, and thereare many other items in armoury that news could well come from too.

Nobody can say this a perfet time to invest, we are not Financial Advisors, but with a modicum of research i am sure you have picked up a lot more. What is it you seek to know further,? I am sure many will answer you.

This is an exciting period for us long termers, you mentioned you had a holding and I hope you decide to increase on that when you are ready too. Yes the SP has been dropping for some time the 21 m shres from City Financial were not our fault have been cleared in the market and unlike on VAL if you have to compare the selling into every rise we hope has finished for now. Maybe you can tell us what brought you here and we can discuss what has changed since then, hopefully you will understand my comments about Year 1970, no I cannot see any similarity with Scancell now and the journey VAL has yaken.

Do VAL have enough funds avaiable to progress trials to a point where the data is compelling?? Or indeed the will to do so.??

Is there any inflection based news to come in the short term to impact on the M/Cap??

Indeed what plans do the BOD have to increase the IP, and appeal to investors to back them in further clinical trials??

Why at this level do the BOD not increase any holdings they have to have more skin in the game?? That in itself is a worthy inflection point/

Well, I wish you all goodnight on that one, Uncanny the best comment I can make on that is to say nothing., ....even I can understand why the market has valued Scancell at where it has, if you ever read that BB there are many reasons why investors can be hopeful of a very good return, there are also a few very good reasons why it jut might continue to fall.

Well , sorry to tell you that you never hit a nerve with me, but the longer i understand you the more I think you try and hit nerves rather than make any interesting points at all. However, you achieve the opposite of what you want i believe, be very careful what you read on BBs they say, which is a shame because properly used they all teach us something

I notice you were having a pop at SAR too, as well as SCLP. Is this the place to do so when comparing M/Caps like for like?? I have never traded SAR but have some respect for them as they bring in an income based on some level of success, and in all honesty have performed better in the market than SCLP and VAL for some time.

Best i think to stick to VAL on here and your version of events, rather than comment on other shares you do not understand. Lets hope investors in all Biotechs get rewarded, we are all on AIM as we need funding to further clinical development, it is for investors to decide if that funding has increased the IP, which then needs to be reflected in the share price. Not the easiest sector by any means and actually interested why you believe the funding here has done that??

Just a little information about our Head of Manufacturing Adrian Parry. Was just interested to see confirmation we have 19 employees, didn"t we have just 12 employees when JC began his tenure as Chairman??

Just under his current and former positions, it reads as if he has a dual role, still head of small molecule studies at Mereon and Head of Manufacturing at Scancell. Is that a mistake??

I value his appointment as highly that of Adrienne Paston, we now have the capabilities to manufacture smallr amounts, even sample sizes at a fraction of the cost that we previously have paid for quantity. When you consider the pipelines and future manufacturing costs it is a very important role with very tangible savings on expenditure. To me just another tremendous addition to our team, to have such in house capabilities, which could well leave lets say BioNTech to fund future development and clinical trials, under Scancells banner, allowing us to be free of funding issues, able to grow in human resources and lets just say perhaps a 50/50 share of future profits. If Moditope and Immunabody perform as we hope what a perfect partnership that would be, and 50% of something is a whole lot better than 100% of nothing. Not an unrealistic hope or scenario, and I just wonder what that would do to our share price?? Exciting isn"t it?

I wonder what is progressing with them, now over two years in collaboration, and lets not forget the award got LD got recently in Sweden??

In fact I wonder what is happening with so many items, and the most exciting ones I am sure will be revealed as news we do not expect.

Then of course, we have the issue of funding, do we believe that Scancell have grown as a company, announced impending trials, increased the staffing levels to 19 employees without having any idea as to future funding?? I don"t and as CH said at the Proactive event we are hardly reliant on the AIM market to value us correctly. Still pretty convinced we will get a commercial deal on Moditope and remember we have enough funding to begin the SCIB 1 trial, whilst SCIB2 is being fully funded by CRUK, and we have already paid for the vaccine (lets hope it has a long shelf life, lol).

So as a Member of Team Positive and one of the gruesome horseman, we are far from afraid to discuss certain iss ues that might occur but is up to everybody to decide their trading stratagy. So my hopes are we get that commercial deal, which is far away from unreality, and then with news of upcoming trials find ourselves back in double figures (SP wise) to raise funds as we need on top of funding we receive to finally put away that elephant in the room at a level that will not cause mass dilutionas some seem to think and might I say prefer for their own financial reasons.

All the more notable as SCIB1 Combo Trial will begin by end H1 2019, and the IND situation with Ichor, Scancell and the FDA is still to be resolved. Moving on from those MOD1 is quickly approaching human trials in early 2020, and i am expectig much more detail to come from the rest of our pipelines.

Should be an interesting time, whether we get any announcememts is another thing but knowing our main players are al in one place can only be good.

Many of has have shown patience beyond perhaps the expected norms, whilst losses have mounted, and at least a fair few have reduced their averages further. Can"t help thinking that the news flow we discuss is coming and very soon at that. Note again last week there were just about over 900k sells last week and 1400 odd buys. Mentioned that a few times but a very bullish sign IMHO that so few shares were sold after a pretty exceptional high volumes from the week before.

Thats a point, but its an enviremont I have never been around. Competitive springs to mind. But again hey not so sure it needs a great debate on, Knowlesi understands that enviremont better, the question really was whether Samantha and Adrian know what future plans we have durectly affecting their roles. I believe strongly they do.
