Morning Crumbs, yeah I appreciated researching the links to the abstracts that you posted up last night. I commented yesterday that I was struggling to understand the science behind them, but the descriptions on the abstracts you posted whilst still challenging were so much easier to follow. That is one heck of a lot of posters to have for CICON19, and how good was it to see those late trades.

As I said yesterday it can"t be too long before we hear about patient recruitment, with the first patient recruited on August 19th his/her treatment regime must be urgent by now, and presumably over 5 weeks on more patients have been recruited.

There was certainly one abstract that i saw was on the 27th, today, out of the three I identified. Hopefully we will see more large trades today, it is most definately in the price range that we saw dail volumes exceed 1m for many weeks.

Well my inbuilt alarm clock still works, sort of, I would rather prefered it had not activated at 3.00 in the morning, but I was buzzed up last night after those late trades we received late yesterday before the close. It has been just on two weeks since we saw such trades, just a couple of 100k buys since and a 103k buy the other day which I don"t think was anything but a PI buy. The volumes have been so low, but since the MMs ticked down the bid to 6.80 very few sells have been taken, and the MMs for sure have been looking for them. Whilst we have seen so few buys, we have seen very few sells too and that tick up to 7.075 suggested we might see some trades later on.

i tend to call the black trades as they are, but those 2 x 250k trades at 7.25 I find hard to see as anything but buys, so with 783k traded, we could have seen 674k buys.

Will be interesting to say the least, how we open this morning, what price the bid and the opening SP? but how reassuring to see those trades after the first batch of abstracts had been shown today. The spread is down to 2.5%, let the trading resume.

Been struggling all week to fully understand each abstract, the science behind it is somewhat more challenging for me anyway, so the closing trades were so welcome, someone continues to validate what we are doing with hard cash. Big trades are relative, I drew a lot of confidence from them. Missed the RNS this morning yet again, my automatic bodily alarm clock is failing me, but to my benefit hugely, what will be will be, but I do think we have never been so well positioned since the market valued at us £100m, currently £34m and no comparison to the pipeline or human resources now. That could take us anywhere with news and there is certainly a fair bit of that to come in the coming months. ATB, catch yer tomorrow.

We have seen such trades in the past couple of months TBH, and afetr Fridays 100k buy, I have been looking out to see the buying the resume. Been harder to see it coming in recent days, and the fact the MMs were looking for so many shares, whilst not exactly being succesful at getting many around 6.8p, so that jump to 7.075 suggested this time correctly omething was a doing.

Be great to see this continue in to tomorrow, will the bid rise again? and might we just open blue? but yes very excited to see our buyer/s back.. When they were gathering near on a million shares a week, most of the business took place between 7/8p. One thing missing ATM is signs of a seller, todays rise on the bid was to help attract one IMHO, lets see how much the bid rises tomorrow. Till then...............

And just after the 100k buy and the first of two 250k black trades at 7.25 (I know what i think)...............there was a 50k sell at 7.075 and just after the close another 250k black trade at 7.25.

So the volume today was just under 800k a big leap from the 40ks we have seen this week, and tomorrow the next lot of abstracts are on show. As I say could be a very interesting day tomorrow.

100k Buy at 7.32 odd, and 2 x 250k Black Trades from 16.25 and 16,40 (I think) at 7.25.

Considering for days there has only been miniscule rises on the bid from 6.80-6.877, that sudden rise to 7.075 suggested to me something was afoot.

And that Dracula is ALL I am interested in, the market fascinates me, it is like a game of clues to me, and as you say, reasons for hope, well those trades are very hopeful, and they nearly always come around the close. The fact that your biggest complaint about me is I missed the m out of £4, says a lot.

Will be intersting given those three late trades how we open in the morning, so looking forward to that, and whilst I commented that I have seen a few biotechs RNS showing abstracts at conferences I do think it is to our credit we have 6 on show at CICON19. So a good night to all, and Dracua really not interested in these man made rows, but do post facts correctly.

1) Facts . SP on the bottom.............Not a fact at all, the bottom was 3.7p when City Financial sold 16m shares at 3p

2)Luckily two Investors took a Interest when the Sp was on the very bottom.........who where the TWO investors? We know Vulpes took 16.67% at 5p when the share had recovered a bit to 6p.

3)They didn't seem to think that the Co was worth 7P a share earlier..........Well 10p was PAID after Vulpes took their position, a rise of 260% or so, and has settled around 7.25p, a 100% rise from the BOTTOM!!! Further in little over 2 weeks 21m shares were bought in the market between 3.5p and 10p. A tremendous buying opportunity, many traded it very well, and plenty of LTHs managed to average down enormously. Yes it is a tremendous pipeline, as Keith Flaherty said "" the data from SCIB1 mono trial was well above expected norms"". Yes another reason to be very hopeful, back in trials with SCIB1/Keytruda, CRUK paying for SCIB2 trial and hopefully MOD1 launch mid 2020. But IMHO I fancy the TCRs and Glycans for our first commercial deal, ARMS holding style deals that will transform the company.

Yes it does give me a lot of hope, some serious collaborations with Biontech and an unnamed company on the third platform

Dragon, again it is a hard one to call, we will only be told of any extension to an existing collaboration if there is an extension or a commercial deal from it. Which is why there are so many things we don"t know, which can be interpreted as nothing is happening. As from the Glycans that was something Lindy had a grant for £130k back in 2015, under the University of Nottingham, and has been ongoing for 4 years until it became our third platform.

I think it is reasonable as you are posting negatively on everything to correct your Facts where applicable!!

We were RNSed about that on March 19th this year, seems longer ago, it was the Waldenstrom award for some reason not coming up under the RNS feed.

Good question. In an e-mail response a few months back it was ongoing and was fitting in to different pipelines they are working on.

Lindys award was from Sweden, wasn"t it? Wonder how much we can read into that?
