Trying to figure this out RNS Number : 0444N Midatech Pharma PLC 03 May 2018 3 May 2018 Midatech Pharma PLC ("Midatech" or the "Company") Midatech Announces Receipt of NASDAQ Notice Midatech (AIM: MTPH, Nasdaq: MTP), the international specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercialising products in oncology and immunotherapy, announced today that it received written notification (the "Notification Letter") from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC ("NASDAQ"), dated 1 May 2018, stating that the Company is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in NASDAQ's rules for continued listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market. NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share, and Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A) provides that a failure to meet the minimum bid price requirement exists if the deficiency continues for a period of 30 consecutive business days. Based on the closing bid price of the Company's American Depositary Shares (the "Depositary Shares"), each representing two ordinary shares of the Company, for the 30 consecutive business days beginning March 19, 2018, the Company no longer meets the minimum bid price requirement.

Let’s hope people start picking up the scent trail of Koovs now, I feel once the news comes here, it’s going to keep on coming. It should be a strong bounce once it starts, though I am wary of them trying to squeeze out any weak holders out first!

Selling Koovs in the past has been difficult on a drop with wide spreads but recently I have had no problem getting a quote to sell at a reasonably tight spread, this tells that someone is after these shares and they are well worth keeping hold of, so that is what I will do. I never post on here regularly because it’s not worth getting involved with the crap that goes on! Each to there own good luck all :)

We are well overdue a little recovery before news, so let’s hope we see a few days of this, doesn’t matter what share your in its all about risk, and this has a massive upside
