I'd say filling an order but it's difficult to sell so more likely letting shorts out.

The market sensed fear and took advantage, lowering and lowering the price until there's no more sellers. There was a period earlier where the bid dropped 10% on about £500 of sells. That snowballs and more people sell, fearing the dreaded .04 or lower. Hopefully nobody else will get bullied in to selling on the cheap...then it'll start rising again.

So they piled dirt on top of gold???

Not so much why the rise, more of why the drop. Some US site labelled it as overvalued, hence the drop...then the bounce.

I can buy at 49, yet sell at 4901...strange!!!!

I think the price in the US is being pulled down in anticipation of Xmas sales figures. I'm pretty sure they'll be impressive and we could easily see 200+ again. Remember this is a new kid on the block with huge potential.

Doesn't do us any favours when the orders are being filled at 8.20

People are bored. They see other share breaking out and sell to chase rainbows....just what the mms want. I sold one yesterday to put in here in the drop, my previous share jumped 20% today. Just my luck but I've made my decision.

This morning was disastrous for me too, same as revb when it plummeted. I did the same then as I have now...doubled down at the bottom. Made a bit there and hopefully will do the same with this.
