Weshop likes the news, up 25%

I pulled out with a healthy profit at 2.10 and the dip to 1.46. Been watching it since. I'm not trying to de-ramp but just remember h&w. Everyone waiting for the court case....they were odds in to win. Share price if I remember was around 12. It dropped to 10.5...I pulled out. News came out, they'd lost the case and went into administration with shareholders losing the lot. All I'm saying is that surely this bank knows the legalities. And no matter what, if they are playing by the rules then a court can't stop them taking control...no matter how inhumane it may seem. If the bank has a buyer lined up and the date for a 100% debt settlement has passed......what would you do in their position????
