How much cash do they have left? With suspension being announced the only asset left is the cash balance to pay towards a reverse takeover transaction.

So are 99% of AIM exploration companies and most of those will never get there. At least these were mines and (hopefully) can become mines again. Fingers crossed.

Looking at their Companies House accounts doesn't paint a pretty picture and recent RNS's here could indicate they struggling for cash. Can anyone shed light on this as today's share price move is assuming that is going to happen which we all hope it does. Fingers crossed for everyone!

An RNS about merely attending a conference could certainly indicate a fundraising event is coming.

The way to look at these results is ignore "nickel equivalent" as that has no basis in reality and just look at the nickel grades - that tells the real story behind the spin.

Isn't this the case with many of these exploration companies - they hype up results from low impact geological work like sampling results to indicate some huge potential, when it is really only drill results that denote "discovery"? Furthermore, it usually requires substantial drilling before "discovery" can be claimed. To claim "discovery" from rock chip samples or geochemical work is bogus. What are the credentials of the technical team? Do they have a track record in exploration discovery? Aside from the CEO who obviously has no technical pedigree, does this company have a solid technical team or is it a case of a paid geological team just undertaking endless geological work just for the sake of it?

It is always interesting to see how exploration companies spin "nothing results".

Colin Bird will be the next to go. Basically a clear out of old management is a good move.

I don't think the lack of revenue is an issue at this early stage. I don't think that is the key metric at this point. More of an issue is that it is so easy now to create an AI agent that this business could be replicated for peanuts within a couple of days if starting from scratch.

Kazakhstan does seem to be very blessed with good geology.

However this ends, one thing is for sure, it is the shareholders who have lost the most and I am sure that alot of money has gone missing in Africa and India that will never be found.

So in June there was a consolidation of shares with the belief that a higher share price would attract institutions and now this is trading at half that level. Does that mean if the share price goes down further there could be another consolidation?

With a £30mil RTO coming presumably this means with the current market cap of £1mil the current shareholders would end up 3% of the enlarged upon the RTO less whatever is needed to be raised to do the RTO. Is that accurate?
