I think it very short sighted to think other companies activities good bad or indifferent can give a view on how SRES operates as you should know it takes a minimum of 7 years to bring a mine into production.
On that basis we are ready to produce - all we need is contracts for product which will occur once all the potential buyers in house testing is completed to their satisfaction also the availability of Fly Ash is slowly drying up so at some near point news will arrive.

Sounds as if your unsure of the safety of potential profits if I was in that position I would exit.

What the RNS does is add fiscal strength to the company making it fully viable in both the very short term and long term.
Then the Chinese input when completed with the mine up and running with increasing price parameters for the product, as demand increases will set new values for the sp.

in essence the RNS announces a Royalty, a 15% holding in the developing company for free and a couple of million cash.THAT cash will be spent on further developing their gold interests which if the information available is correct will be somewhat lucrative.

Agree: I tend take little notice of those with an agenda which does not take account of actual changes in a companies operational status.

Some while ago my attention was attracted to the assets behind the company before Pozzolan came to the fore.
Followed it ever since.
Appears to be about the time to buy in-A million or so shares for less than a £k with the companies prospects mounting up seems cheap.
I noted 5 or so of the trades appear to be purchases judging by my buy at £890 showing as a sell.
At this point it sounds a little optimystic to suggest the sp will double on any half decent news and run on from there to potentially 0.5p my term target.

I added to my not insubstantial holdings @ .71 as there is a lot of room for the sp to grow.

I can always get a quote direct from my broker although the fees are much higher than trading via an ISA platform which has its drawbacks.
ISA platforms despite being a tax haven have drawbacks usually because they work on what is available in their systems or the price is moving too fast so a wait ensues before an order can be placed.

I don't think it's overvalued,some profit taking and why not,probably as good time as any to think about adding as the price will pick up again.

Correct me if I'm wrong :-Once the mine is up and operating the information is it will pay back the $100million investment within 2 months making a year's income in the region of 1.2 billion assuming that is the case some form of divi can be expected possibly in a share buy back.

Fair value with all assumptions made is a minimum 1.2p so anything around the 0.80 mark is a buy with the potential of a further minimum 50% upside virtually nailed on in the short term.

Long term allowing for resource expansion and addition made via our Chinese partners from elsewhere which appears to be on the horizon as well(although it has not been mentioned ) My view is they will want more product feed for their set up in China as the battery requirements grow on an exponential basis so with the new mine up and running it seems obvious the more throughput the better : ending with a much higher share price.

That $17.75 million subscription premium at 0.50 pps will be used to develop gold assets at Mali and Cote d'Ivoire so with luck the expected RNS will give an update on the gold events which should add spice to the share price.

The information is;- Production in a years time- the first 2 months production will pay off the full development cost as the estimates suggest annual income of $1.2 billion. So yes a dividend probably in the form of share buy back.
As the demand for lithium increases in an effort to meet ever increasing mfc requirements so should the price which is not yet factored into the estimates of $1.2 billion.
Such an income will give KOD the ability to fast track its Gold mining ambitions which will add even more income as the expectations for gold demand value increases.
All in all a great scenario for good sp movement.

My view is Instead of watching a profit take it or at least a decent amount you can't spend what you watch so better in your pocket.
