The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
Would hope we are now appearing on a few companies "Target Takeover" lists, so our JV partner (whoever?) should pull their fingers out or miss the boat.
I'm guessing the funding currently needed is $5m-$10m, this is still peanuts when looking forward at 1Bil Barrels+.
A fair and decent offer to all parties is all that's wanted.
"Sounds like the JV presented by the partner in Jan and now the terms are being actively negotiated."
OR / INSTEAD
Could now become a complete BUY OUT/TAKE OVER, hopefully with some value still in it for Shareholders
Once this JV is resolved (one way or another) do you think we will/have to get Ryder Scott to investigate/evaluate the remaining acreage they was not covered in the 2022 report?

Demand for them is expected to increase fivefold by 2030.
"Lithum and rare earths will soon be more important than oil and gas," the EU's internal market commissioner Thierry Breton said last year.
Remember the Boards of Directors (of both JV companies) are probably only today returning to the offices after Christmas/New Year break, many take a (SKI/Bahamas/Caribbean) vacation at this time of year.
Give them a week and I'm sure we'll have a really positive RNS
PBob . I too seem to remember the 40% being more of a topic on this BB around the August updates/chats.
From Aug 2022 RNS
The Report only evaluates COPL's working interest leasehold at the Cole Creek Unit, the non-unit working interest leasehold immediately to the north and east of Cole Creek and includes the western portion of the Barron Flats Federal Deep Unit.
"(The Report does not evaluate the full extent of the Frontier 1 and Frontier 2 as mapped by the Company outside of these lands.)"

Pages 6-15 on the attached presentation seems to "SUGGEST" this area.
FOCUS on all the Positives and FILTER/REPORT the Trolls.
Don't waste your valuable time, they want to disrupt and disturb the momentum this BB is showing.
Nothing that is said on here will impact on the SP
Keep the research going, give constructive comments, but look forward.

We have Good news due very shortly!!!
My understanding was the Ryder Scott report (of 993m barrels) only covered 40%+ of our land.
Is the remaining 60% just under our control or will it form part of the (hopeful) JV?
We could have a further 1Billion barrels not yet in our Calculations

RNS 5th Aug
Arthur Millholland, President & CEO, commented: "This independent Report validates what we announced at the start of the year and highlights the significant potential of our fantastic Wyoming asset. Compiled to Canadian regulatory standards, the Report gives a conservative view, and we expect to see further exploration upside in due course once our drilling program gets under way in the coming months.
Total OOIP: 993,472,000 Bbls.
So we believe this covers approx 40% of COPL's mining area.
So what about the remaining 60% ??
RNS of 10th Jan:
COPL currently estimates the total reservoir volume of the discovery to be 1.5 billion to 1.9 billion Bbl. of Oil in Place ("OIP"), of which 1.275 billion to 1.64 billion Bbl. of OIP underlays COPL lands
This is as big as the Ryder Scott known "Conservative" estimate, yet hardly any mention of it in this BB Calculations for TO/JV/SP ??
And didn't somebody mention before that EXXON are one of our neighbours, boarding our land in Wymoing.
I'm sure they will have the comfort of knowing that Ryder Scott's figures are as accurate as possible.
Though I read here that they only covered 40% of our mining area.
So what about the remaining 60%?
Not see much of this mentioned in the various TakeOver/SP calculations on this BB in the past few days
