Share options are not free shares: they're free call options but don't turn into shares unless their exercise price is paid.

The book's loaded up (more on ask today) with some large orders showing, at least in aggregate, but none of them seem too bothered whether anyone ever trades against them.

KEFI has completed the AGM, and we seem mainly now to be awaiting approval of the scheme submitted for approval earlier this week, which might I suppose take a week or two.

I shouldn't be surprised if something happens by the end of next week.

As to the "warning" it's in the company Q&A: when they were first asked about it and issued the RNS, they had indeed received nothing, nor did their contact in the Ministry know about it. Harry was asked about it several times in the last webinar, and at one point when the question of "what's taking so long" came up, that the whole episode was unhelpful and even counterproductive as regards the consortium, since they decided they really had to dot the i's etc at the legal level as regards the government and other documentation.
