Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
I agree. I bought in at 10pence, and felt fairly nervous because of the NAV. After the FT letter and the price rise this week , I decided to sell half my stake at 17p and wait for the price to drift down over the next few weeks. I fully intend to get back in but not at these prices
Thanks but I cant read that as don't subscribe. recent article? salient points?
I'm reading moo's law at the moment-ok, but no real insight into the strategy of this share etc. lots of details about the derivation of the different players in the industry though
that is exciting. Who has recommended it for approval then ? that article says it was approved 'in a report to be scrutinised by Newport City Councillors this week.' It doesnt say who wrote the report, so it might be from Simec as far as we know.
I got very excited when I first read that article but I'm trying to temper my enthusiasm . Am I being too cautious here? Phyl? OT? Stangy?
wow, meerkat, this is golden! harnessing 'tidal power is a no-brainer' according to charles Hendry. He also implies that we should be concentrating on tidal stream rather than tidal lagoons as there are many more potential sites for that technology. Started listening halfway through , so will listen to the whole thing again when i get a chance.
out of interest , has anyone else invested in Orbital Marine Power (unlisted so seems reasonable to mention them on here)?
I'm confused about the offer. i remember talk of further dilution , with an offer to shareholders, so I've held off from buying more .I realise no-one has a crystal ball, but is there going to be further share dilution in the near future? I'd like to add to my position but not if there's an offer around the corner.

just found this , so apologies if this is old news to all of you. I hadn't heard about retrofitting our diesel stock as an idea before.
Just heard Grant Schapps on radio 4 talk about continuing to have diesel engines on the east west mainline - but justifying that rather than electrification by saying it would be possible to replace the diesel with hydrogen! Not sure how this could benefit AFC specifically but sounds like good press for the industry as a whole if the transport minister is seriously considering hydroge to run our railways.
Thanks for posting that Ian.
I'm racking my brain for an application whereby this technology is useful. Is air testing that takes 20-25 minutes to get a result in a high footfall area useful ? If the sampler is just constantly monitoring air in an airport, and you get a positive result, how do you respond? an announcement saying 'someone with coronavirus was walking a round in this airport 25 minutes ago, and now they could be anywhere but we'll shut the airport and you've all been exposed , so get tested'? If you were breathalysing individuals as they enter a public space, it could be a game changer , but only with an instant result. Am I being too negative here?

Is this company a significant competitor to Meygen? Although I'm convinced tidal energy is going to be massive in the future, I keep forgetting that there are significant competitors to Mygen out there. Looks as though QED Naval have made quite a big play here
