NT has decades of experience in this branch and I doubt that he was that surprised to see the first trials fail. But in case he really was that surprised, then it might have been David Farrier who came as the back-up to rescue Nigels a r s e and secure market liquidity.
Imagine if N4 Pharma had crashed down from 23p without any substantial buyer, who knows... What we do know is that David Farrier bought large amounts of shares at a massive discount - right DURING the recent price crash.

As for TA:
It looks always more difficult press the Sp price below 8.20p. Its even bouncing there right now. Lets give these a Weak Buy as from today.
If 200p for nuvec is anything to go by, then this is very cheap right now, ha ha :))

Mancave, its always the total shareholding that is announced.
As soon as the regulated percentage is crossed, the company is required to inform the market about the entire holding. In this case 12.8% of the company. And this is massive, right?

...and the 0.83p barrier has now been breached! That's a fat 6% addition to existing gains. Some very nice 500k buying this morning.

LTHs are safe to hold as long as 7.85 is maintained. (No, this has nothing to do with NT buying 7.90p, which was only symbolic...) What we still need to find out: Who is David Farrier, who now holds as many shares as NT. Looks like a smart move during this recent drop to 14, 11, 10 and finally 8p.

And no hard feelings, Mazik!! Honestly! I just try to show the impact which some decisions have. Fair enough if you actually bought 60k shares at 8.50p. Thats on top of approx 500k shares (20 x 25,000 that you bought and posted here during the 20-25p days). And hey: You were already a large holder together with us during the 10-15p days!! This means that your 500k buys during the 20-25p days come on top of a large holding from the 15ish days. Plus your recent large buys at 11p(!). And yet another buying spree at 9p and 8p. Pheeewww!!!! Can you not keep away just one day from this stock!?? Let the falling knife settle first IMHO. Few normal PIs could have survived such a crash if your figures are correct. So plse just be aware of this, when telling your shareholder mates on this bb that you keep buying hundreds of thousands shares. I know Brits like to gamble and all that..., so please accept my apology that I even dare to disturb you in this game. I for one would never expose myself or others to such a gamble. The only reason why I write this is because just days ago - when this crashed to 10p - you wrote that you were down to such an extent that it pays for the entire mortage. Lunatic that is! And when exactly did you buy? There are very few trades today and none at 2.45 PM are showing a 60k share buy. Its fine if you like to post "virtual figures" to entertain, but I hope that people will NOT follow you for now.

With lots of self-discipline and TA I did not follow your 25 x 25,000 BUYs that you published this summer between 29 / 25 / 22 and 18p.
This has NOT been a good time to buy.
Neither has 11p.

Chats, like said, the chart picture wanted to consolidate properly and most likely reconnect with NT own buy entry at around the long term support 8.25 - 7.90p. This is what we have seen today with the touch of 8.20ish.

Like to lock your shares safely so that your banks/brokers cannot fool around with it...?
In my opinion its best to place an automated sell order - lets say at 40p - so that your bank/broker will NOT be able "to work" with your shares. Otherwise they can sell your share while you think you are holding.

Mazik, why not try it out together? IMHO place a virtual sell-order at the highest possible share price and you will see that someone will start to buy shares on the open market.

For now stable as long as 615p is maintained.

Looks like the Sp wants to reconnect once more with the lower support line at 602.50p.
LTH safe to hold as long as 590 maintained.

IMO its best to place an automated sell-order at some virtual 40p level, so that banks/brokers will NOT be able "to work" with your shares!
(Read the fine print and you will see that you allowed just that.)

Like said, its best to let the share price find its floor before starting the "average down" strategy. Let the market judge and decide what Nogels company is worth and if he can be trusted.

In case 8.25-7.75 breached, then final push down to 6.00-5.75, which as a fact very few PIs are able to survive with a substantial holding. The daily game on the äim. Its always been like that, to profit from the masses.

(Lets see what AIM_chaos will do with his 3.5M+ holding that he continuously bought during the race from 15p over 20, 25 and 29p.)

(I will start to place a few automated buys at the upper barriers in case of a sudden reversal.)

In case 7.75p is breached, then retrace to 6p and 5.75p.

From three trades this morning 244,024 are buys, while the commodities remains under pressure. IMO Asiamet is only exposed to a small extent to the commodity market.

...and now to £8.05m Market Capitalisation!

I still fail to understand how the main stakeholders and directors intend to prevent a surprise T/o with the drop in Mcap and lots of people unable to invest themselves.
At this rate N4P could be stolen away by a few private persons - no need for an UK investment fund. I for one would stage a management buyout, delist and unfold its value until its worth at least 50p per share. Just my opinion.
