The market is trying to crack "493" and could fall any minute now.

- KAZ is creating a decent support 440ish.
- I see a new buy alert if 464 and 479 are climbed.

Neatly and nicely higher. Next intraday trigger IMO as soon as 491-493 climbed.

Yup, they are pushing above 485 now!

Once the 490's are nicely climbed "504" will be the crucial wall. As soon as this is breached, then quick rise to 538 - 540 where KAZ will take a break.

Nice rise so far. Intraday the Sp is halting for a few minutes.
- IMO overall important that 479 and 473 are maintained.
- Next wave of buyers when 485 climbed

Lets see if this can be noted at supporting buys: 08:23:45 / 6.65 363,680 24.18k KAZ Minerals with good Q3 figures is starting a rebound.

...probably to 493, and then it will test 504p again.

TA the So is now creating a bullish platform around 455, which is close to the first sure thing buy signal. Expect a continued rise for a while now.

Honestly, brandonbull, one of zhese days KAZ could drop the news "Russian expansion halted". Sp would shoot to 700p! ------- "Expansion rethink in..."

Yup, tesults should look good. Just like over all recent years. Moreover KAZ has already seen a nasty price crash throughout this summer.

Stalwart, its not a prediction. Its just factual technical lines that can either hold or fail. Its a mid term support that has proven for a while. You see: Unless 556 was not climbed, there was NO new buy alert here. Many on here sold 690ish! Why bother chasing the exact price lower...? Just let them bottom out first. Even if you have to buy above the bottom later on. What was the reason anyway? Mostly because of the temporary FCA license that expires in December. This has spooked people, while I am sure that Pfg will receive their new, regular license from Jan 2019. - The 490ish has been tested before and still holding at this 52-week low - Very rare if a share stays there that long. - If breached, then retrace to 487 and later 478p. Lets first see if the Sp holds at the 52week low. (I might get a decent super cheap 2,500 share buy very soon:))

As for technical opinion: I for one find it fascinating to see how someone fights to maintain 6.70 - 6.90p! - IMO safe to hold as 6.35 maintained, - negative starts only if 6.50 breached, - first positive sign when 6.90 climbed, - valid new buy alert from 7.55p. Happy for all who managed to use the new TA entry signal last week Friday!

"Core value", Costello, in this exceptional case also means the "life project" of company directors and holders behind the scenes. IMO they will fight hard to hold on to that. Just a few more failures / dips / seller behind the scenes, and they risk to lose this for good! Just my daytrader opinion. Now we know why someone an estimated sold 50 x 100-150k shares for a 10p average, since April this year. Smart guy in hindsight :))

Haha, careful Costello! People here are very tense, given some huge losses with the share they fell in love... ouch, Daisan! First one entire year of total stalmate (10p), and then the sudden breaching of the vital 8.85 and 8.25p TA support. Yupp, this is everyones own investment responsability! Just let them take their lesson. Right now ARS is merely a technical recovery play untill directors come up with a statement.

Ohh, didnt know that Friday is result day? Totally not into news trading. I prefer wonderful tradesignal-online with a safety net. One should observe that traders have used each and every Ftse update to play with the share. Great results? And down it went. Bad results? Ohh, the worst is over, so lets raise the Sp! Just odd. I hate betting. I thnk the results will be good. LTHs mentioned they have been decent figures for years. Why would that change in 2018? The only drawback is the lower copper price and if they give a negative tilt because of China - the biggest copper buyer. Also if they keep pushing the russian deal... Will they go for it, given the current market environment?? Maybe they wont - ha!! - Right now 426p has become the new 526p. - IMO its safe to hold as long as the 437 and 426 support maintained. (Whoever didnt follow the sell signal from 520ish and later the sell warning from 515, Roydon & friends, should not be bothered anyway, as they must hold small capital only, which has already seen a long and steep journey south.) - KAZ is creating a decent support 440ish. - I see a new buy alert if 464 and 479 are climbed. - Only in case 421 are breached, the Sp will fall apart.

They can do it, if they wanted: "Given the current financial market conditions we think its in best interest for everyone if we call off the russian aquisition." The Sp would shoot up to 700p immediately, and we would get rid of that "kremlin cooperation", that makes me want to throw up. (Anything related to the Putin mob.)

Costello, if its money wise you are probably right about Asiamet. But with this explorer you will have to add their vast amount of exploration work plus actual findings (as well as license ready!).
If ever needed, they could selloff some of their stakes immediately. This is why they are interested to support the Sp at a certain "core" level.

Heads up, at least this seem the only "defensive stock" on the market right now.
Q: What about the Chinese investor who lent money to Central Rand for a while?

Once had a mini 2k stake in here, and IMO its best to work these sort of punts purely with the amount you can handover as a tip to the company. (Back in those years far too much ramping surrounded this share as well as CEY for my taste.)
