Not good today . especially b4 results. Ir its looks like 1 of those days where it keeps falling when the dow opens. I will top up if it does. Only a handful. Lets hope the budget dosent add to the drop today. Im hoping for a big rise tomorrow. Good luck everyone for tomorrow.

hi. i really hope so. i hope it stays around these levels till end of wednesday. i wonder if BP are reporting their results before Shell. that may have a bearing on Shells update + give a indication of results + how the markets react. i saw someone said he may sell half + take a little money off the table, as he tetchy . that may suit alot of people. he mentioned something about some conference stuff the week after next, which may have a adverse effect on oil.not sure what its all about. but it may be a good topping up opp if it happens, either if Shell goes up or down on results. the longer oil stays above 80$ a barrel can only help going forward + many oil observers saying it will go over 100$. a divi rise will help, the buy backs will help the share price rise. time will tell, but most of us are very happy since it it £15. be great to see £19 after results , just to be greedy + prove how wrong i was. good luck + have a lovely week.

hi, hope your well. £25 could be a little optimistic , but the way share price has exploded in the last month, is remarkable . if it goes up on results next week, most will see above £20 going forward. i just cant believe the take off. but am really happy about it. enjoy the good times after the last 18 months of misery , thats what I say. good luck.

Well a pause in the explosion of share price today. This is a good topping up chance for many. Those who reinvested the divi, have had a good outcome. A lot of fund managers on Blomberg + ccnbc all said October would be volatile + with 2 to 3% swings up + down happening frequently. I will top up on the dips, but it still seems crazy from a few Mondays ago. 3 weeks till results. Everyone expecting bumper news. Hope it kicks the SP up again thereafter. The oil price + gas price show no abating in rises, so full year results should be excellent. Only macro news the only fly in the ointment. I feel the greens have taken a back seat ATM as they realize the urgent need for gas. That won't last, but let's enjoy it while we can.

well it looks like cv19 is now in the rear view mirror, judging by the amount of cars on the road , during the rush hours, but yesterday i noticed alot of aeroplanes in the birmingham skys. so that should up the use of fuel being used currently . the new crisis now is , energy supplies, petrol shortages + lack of hgv drivers. its going to be a long winter. other than thatcher or war criminal blair , bunter boris , must be the worst person to have in charge. during this mess. god help the poor + needy. can the run up to £17 pause , not sure, but it sure looks better than 3 months back.

bp's DIVI is due friday + the dollar went up today + it pays out divi in dollars, so holders will get a little more. dow down nearly 10000pts. energy the biggist faller on s + p. im guessing were down below £14 , so i will top up again tomorrow, those reinvesting their divi, may do best to wait a while, but it will take a while for this mess to pass through. yet another china problem as reared up + spooked the markets. i think you can forget £15 any time soon. ive long said this year is a write off. where share price is , come results , is anyones guess, but i doubt it wont be anywhere near £15, i fear. batton down the hatches time, yet gain. always seems to plummet on divi day. were gonna need some luck now. i recall about 18 months ago , pokerchips giving 10 reasons as to why we wont see much improvement in share price . most of those things have come + gone. trump , russia v suadis. cv 19 etc etc. but thats the problem, over time more problems arise, so its inevitable that its a long way back, .

well ive predicted , it wont be £16 by results 2 months back. the problems i see, are , where its running from. are we going below £14 again. as for results. yes the signs look good. very good, but that no certainty of a big rise or breakout. the easy part is getting to £15 + its still, as ever way off that . theres no definite big uptick going forward. id take £15 = b4 year end as things stand. the del boys will no doubt say this time next year , lovely jubbly etc etc, but no one can say what occurs in 20222. the sentiment is down atm . maybe this the big sell off the markets have been predicting for a while. i will top up on the falls. just added a few. so will now wait + see. results still over 5 weeks away, so who knows , what SP will be come the day before results.

As ever you make some great points. Always considered + a different prospective. Along with poker chips they are always add something. Yes , I know, unlike mine. But here I think you miss the salient point. £15 has become a symbol that if reached will give a boost to many small shareholders. Plus add hope going forward that the worst is behind us + b4 year end & 2022 the SP can give us some much needed relief . I'd love to see £16 b4 year end, even £15 25.

Anyone mentioning £15 , will be fined £15 from now on. Every time it gets near some cretin starts crowing + down it goes yet again. Will top up on next drop down.
