Looking at RNS, the share price look to be 30% discounted to the proceeds. Maybe they should just wind it up and give us the cash...

The Disposals value the LBE business at $25,211,739 (approximately £20.5m) on an enterprise value basis, ignoring any value attributed to the HBE business, or approximately 4.9p per existing Ordinary Share in the Company.

Agreed Looks very healthy and recent trading looking strong. Market might be concerned about cash decline and whether they will need to raise further equity to finance growth. Would be good to know current position and plans will follow up at webinar

Good to see that at least they have some more, but disappointing they are relatively small compared to the first two.

Seems far too slow on Gorilla Trek roll outs. Concern with only £400k of cash they will need to raise funds to get through to next season

Despite great quarterly updates all year the share price continues to fall and has halved in 2022 which is very disappointing.
Lets hope they remain positive at the trading update and break though into consistent profitability. My hope is their more affluent customers are less impacted by economic headwinds and that they continue to grow their niche customer base

AgreedI continue to be impressed the managment team and given their customer base and their small % of the market then UK growth still looks reasonably assured and certainly to a decent PBT which could then be significantly increased if they get any export traction.

The 40% decline in share price this calendar year with little response today is very disappointing..

WH Ireland forecasting 120 headsets this year. YTD 38 from RNS, 24 for Pittsburgh gives 62. Any traction with zoos and 120 could be very conservative

Agreed. This site alone adds 5% to group total headsets. Once they get this model established and proven they could move up significantly. Pittsburgh looks like a pretty good place to start.

Surprised not see more interest in this profitable growth business well placed to thrive in tougher times and take opportunities to expand. The university campus and airport sites already look like great successes

Brighton Pier continues to deliver great numbers and is now quietly at an all time high with lots of potential to develop Lightwater and the ability to acquire similar businesses in future. Surprising not to see more interest now
