"It is unclear how much BP could raise from the sale of these assets in the ageing North Sea basin, but their value is unlikely to exceed $80 million following the collapse in oil prices last year, according to two sources."
23000 bopd isn't to be sniffed at. That would be an amazing start if the BoD get their fingers out their bums.
Like everyone else I'm getting impatient, but with gains elsewhere I'm starting to get tempted to top up again here. Anyone else in the same boat, or is it time to just hold and wait. Got to admit I'm tempted by the low SP.
I listened to his song Walking Away and got the distinct impression that he was talking about LBE. But as he wrongly predicted the future with 7 days, I'm gonna have a little top up to prove him wrong.
Mozza don't take life too seriously. It's possible that me and Helge aren't best buddies. Possible.
Sometimes people on the internet aren't being 100% serious or truthful in our commentary.
Anyway Helge, if you're reading this, let me know when you want to go for that pint at the White Swan. You're buying.
Me and Helge have been talking and it's looking like it's on. Obviously I'm keeping the details hush hush, but the delay was just due to some additional complexity in the dealio.
The Craig David song seven days comes to mind.
Ash, you make a strong point. I've definitely NOT heard from HH this week that there is a very minor delay, but that he's expecting £8 a share not my originally stated £6.
Apologies for any inconvenience I may have caused, but hope the extra £2 that I have totally not fabricated, will help ease your pain.
I don't like the delay for a number of reasons.
(1) I'm impatient
(2) I don't know what's going on
(3) I want to see a bigger profit showing
I do like the delay because
(1) I think it signifies a more complex deal :. larger
Mixed bag really. Either way, I've topped up again yesterday and today.
I'm as committed as I dare to be without selling someone's grandma.
