Lots of Share dealing on this one by bigger Investors, I suspect the SP was being held down for some time. I think it's been far too cheap but haven't a clue where it's heading, higher I hope, I'm well down on this one. We shall see. It's a big set up and I think we shall see a much higher SP, but it could take sometime. BW

The payment of a fixed cumulative preferential dividend on the 6 per cent second cumulative preference shares of £1 each in respect of the half year ended 31 December 2008 has been approved at the rate of 3p per share. The dividend will be paid on 1 July 2009 to the shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29 May 2009.

Could well be a bottom trawl at this price over a three year period. Only thing worries me is the low volume of trading at present, hence the wide spread. Worth watching to see how things go and for sure it's good news today.
