Logistics software specialist Kewill expects full year profit to be in line with expectations after new business wins in the final quarter, higher recurring revenue and as it keeps a close eye on costs. "Going into the new financial year, Kewill's position looks robust. We will see a full year's benefit from these new contracts and would expect more customers to sign up for these services as deadlines are passed and government fines for non-compliance are introduced," said Kewill in a company statement. As of 31 March '09 the group said it had net cash balance of £4m. Recent contract wins include Danish shipping firm AP Moller-Maersk and British firm NYK Logistics. "We have also seen significant increases in our Software as a Service business, fuelled by customers needing to comply with mandatory legislation such as the '10+2' security initiative in the US and the new Export Control System in Europe," the group explained.

"The board has given the Investment Manager protective notice under the terms of the management agreement," it said.

Definate improvement here over a few weeks in the SP

The Company is pleased to confirm that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2009, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 13 May 2009, were sent to shareholders on 20 April 2009. Both documents are now available on the Company's website at www.kbcat.com in accordance with the requirements of Rule 26 of the AIM Rules.

Even with today's rise, year end cash balances equating to 55% of the market cap and the group cash generative, the shares are significantly undervalued on a PER of just 3.5x a target of 100p is not unreasonable !
