Interesting reading comment from Paul Rackham the Executive Chairman in his Statement in the recent Final Results a few days ago. Despite tough times I see he's been topping up on Sharebuying on behalf of the Rackham Family and now holds 23,447,721 shares representing 64.77% of the Company. Need to take a further recci' on what's been going on since February. As seen the Graph shows a slight rise, but not a wide spread breaking mark up.

Well, April was a great month for this Stock. Be interesting to see how it goes through May.

Update regarding recommended cash offer for the Company Further to the announcement on 19 March 2009 of a recommended cash offer by SintecMedia Ltd ('Sintec') for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Pilat (the 'Offer'), intended to achieve a merger of the two companies, the Company hereby notifies shareholders that Sintec has announced that as at 9:00 a.m. (London time) on 30 April 2009, being the second closing date of the Offer, it has received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of 32,408,980 Pilat Shares, representing 54.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of Pilat.
