Successful cancellation of share premium account Intelligent Environments Group plc is pleased to announce, it has received from Companies House the certificate of registration of the court order for the cancellation of share premium account. Accordingly the cancellation of share premium account is now effective. This now enables the Company to consider the payment of dividends in the future.

It's strange as you say, a stagnant period and perhaps sells encourage sells ( lemmings at work ). There is only reasonable news here and with other Stocks looking cheap I can understand it. Have a good weekend.

Just doubled my holding in these. At this price it has to be a Buy. The last Trading Statement was good with more Stores opening this year, and good Broker Comment on these too.

6 May 2009 Cobham Chief Executive to Retire 31 December 2009 Allan Cook has announced his intention to retire from Cobham as Chief Executive and member of the Board following his 60th birthday in September 2009. It has been agreed with Allan that his retirement will take effect on 31 December 2009 to ensure an orderly succession. The Board is reviewing internal succession candidates and in accordance with best practice, a search process is also underway for suitably qualified external candidates.
