Pan-African agricultural group Agriterra has opened its second beef retail unit in Mozambique. This is part of the group's strategy to maximise the margin of its rapidly growing integrated beef business. The retail unit, located in Tete, is being supplied by carcasses from Agriterra's newly constructed 4,000 head per month capacity abattoir located in Chimoio, which began operations December. The new unit complements Agriterra's first beef retail unit, which opened in Chimoio in December and continues to perform well. It is the group's intention to roll out a further four retail units this year. Cattle for both units are being supplied to the abattoir from the Group's own ranches at Mavonde and Dombe, and the feedlots at Vanduzi, as well as being bought from the local community.

Langyy, I was curious too regarding the trade. On checking out the Holdings reported on the 5th I noted that at the end of the form ___Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 4,402,163 shares (6% of the voting rights) of OMG Plc which are held by Ruffer LLP's discretionary clients. This change from less than 5% to 6% is due to the purchase of 1,000,000 shares on 5 February 2013.___ Wish these forms could be simplified ! Well I've still got some OMG stock after all these years (with a bit of juggling.) Hoping Autographer takes off well.

Nice to see a rise here today. Roger Whiteside now at Greggs Greasy Bar but big turnaround plans on the books. They certainly need to generate some revenue. Worth watching over the year.

(GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that Kevin Alcock yesterday acquired 520,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 48 pence per Ordinary Share. Kevin has been a long term shareholder of the Company and in order to facilitate the demand for this transaction, William Dewsall, Chief Executive of Gable, notified the Company that he has sold 520,000 Ordinary Shares. Following this transaction William Dewsall holds 24,599,022 Ordinary Shares, which represents 21.71 per cent. of the 113,322,000 Ordinary Shares in issue. Kevin Alcock holds 3,864,702 Ordinary Shares, which represents 3.41 per cent. of the 113,322,000 Ordinary Shares in issue.

We've seen a healthy steady rise in the SP over the last three months and I consider Gable is still underpriced. Panmure Gordon upped the Target price last month to 63p and retains a Buy as mentioned by Jange. I've added this week. DYOR

Group Finance Director Steve Breach sorting out his pension with confidence in Tribal !___ On 28 June 2012 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") announced that Group Finance Director Steve Breach had entered into a trading plan pursuant to which Mr Breach will use his monthly pension contributions until at least June 2013 to purchase ordinary shares in the Company each month. As such the Company has been notified that on 21 January 2013 Mr Breach purchased 2,388 shares at a price of 125.6p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Breach and his connected persons are beneficially interested in 266,755 ordinary shares in the Company or 0.28% of the Company's total issued share capital.
