Why sell at a loss (FRR) I just got an online price for RVD @ 3.98p to Buy. It proves some the recent sells are probably Buys.

As per a week or two ago I'm sure a few Buys are shown as Sells. No real large volumes to worry about in my view.

This stock would benefit with some form of Share consolidation as GedW suggests. But I do look fowards to some good news. It would be nice to see upward momentum and some patience is needed. Fingers crossed . http://www.riverdiamonds.co.uk/share_structure.asp

Agree almost a One Pound Rise in SP in just over a year. Beats any Bank .

IGR is going 'Great Guns' now over doubled in price since entry. Can't understand Sharedealer01's Strong Sell posting in March. The Market is totaly suprising and we musn't let every thing we read affect positive feelings.

Good morning GedW, I know that you've followed this Stock for years and still show an interest. This one now looks a good 'bottom trawl' with prospects of a possible buyout. You suggested this as a Buy for medium/long term growth in January. Are you still of that opinion and of course it's a better price now than then. Just curious it as it does look tempting.

Qwerty., this was one of the first Stocks I went into years ago. A neat little outfit and good at what they do. I must say that it was always tough to see any Shareholder value and the Spread was wide when it was a penny share prior to the consolidation. There appears to still be a rather wide Spread so there needs to be strong support to to get the SP back up. I'm not negative and would like SKC to do well, it's just my personal past experience. Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited, (AIM / ASX: CFU) a leading global fuel cell developer, confirms it is in discussions regarding the placement of new shares on a non pre-emptive basis. This will strengthen the balance sheet ahead of future negotiations with utility partners. AT Communications has bagged a multi-million pound contract with the UK division of Swedish mobile phones giant Ericsson to act as it master distributor in Britain.

Meriden plc was advised on 22 April 2008 that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares in the Company, Barclays PLC, through Barclays Stockbrokers Limited, is indirectly interested in 17,445,655 ordinary shares in the Company (with an equal amount of voting rights), representing 5.06% of the issued share capital of Meriden.

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 84,228,391 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 84,228,391.

Trading Update in Respect of the Year Ended 26 April 2008. At the time of announcing its Interim Results in January, the Group reported like-for-like sales during the 10 weeks since the half year end 2.2% lower than the previous year with total gross margin for the same 10 week period 2.7% ahead of the previous year. In common with a number of its competitors, the Group has experienced some deterioration in trading during the past few weeks, which as previously highlighted are among the most important in the Group's financial year. Full year like-for-like sales were 0.5% lower than the previous year. As a result, it is likely that Group profit will fall below the current market expectation of £5.0 million with the result now expected to be between £4.0 million and £4.5 million. Stock levels have been well controlled and are expected to be lower than at the previous year end. Cash generation has also been strong during the year with net cash at the year end in excess of £2.0 million compared with net debt of £0.9 million as at April 2007. The Group's Preliminary Results will be announced on 8 July 2008.
