Now here's a nice rise this morning. Some Buying on Fund Manager comment during the week and the Market Makers are in the picture. Now at a good price but I suspect some profit taking from lumpy bets taken up at the lower prices.

The Company expects to release the third quarter fiscal 2009 financial and operating results after market close on February 12, 2009 and hold its conference call to discuss those results on February 13, 2009 at 8:00 AM PST. Following the Company's December 24, 2008 announcement that it is in merger discussions with Cambrian Mining Plc, the Company was recently made aware of additional UK regulatory requirements in accordance with the merger prior to the release of its third quarter results. As a result, the release of third quarter fiscal 2009 results has been rescheduled. These UK regulatory requirements have no impact on the results of the Company.

PS. Thanks for your recommendations too. Regarding SYNC I have a few of these and their client list is very impressive, I'm sure it will climb to greater heights in due course. Good News.

I've noticed recent posts mentioning a certain email. Whilst it may be positive it's just someone's comment. To my knowledge, the Directors of CMR are fully aware of their duties to comply with Market Regulations and I do not believe that leaking infomation is their style. I remain positive and look fowards to some official good news.

Most of the Companies Ruegg represent on Aim over time, are not acheiving great success in terms of rising Shareprices. Me thinks this is a good change CMR will be making in finding a new Nomad.

Ditto. Your Investment cannnot go down as long as this Stock is suspended. A bag of bad luck recently for CMR but things are in hand. The Nomad Ruegg & Co have not been the best advisers and I suspect there termination was on the cards. As Sandhopper points out the obvious this is a Hold. Here's to better times and lt's not forget all that Gold in and on the ground. Safer than some currencies.
