Hi MrMan, yes I'm cool, thank you. Got the fire lit and trying to get warmer though. How are you doing these days. Have you got some of these? You can check out the recent history on Investigate ( CMR ). Lots of us are hoping this Piggy will come back to Market soon with some good new deals under its belt. Gold in the ground and on the surface and hopefully if all goes well this Company should prosper and go forth. On Friday, Italian cafe chain Carluccio's said that trading at its new restaurants had exceeded management expectations, despite the difficult operating environment. The company had £3.6m in cash at the end of September and said any future expansion could be financed from existing cash flows.

Good morning. Do you know something that the rest of us don't ? My personnel view is that we shall see the same Company resurface under it's current name with same Owners. However, I wonder if there will perhaps be some new talent on board to assist with the anticipated increase in production. This would not suprise me, the Company now has the potential to grow from its present form into something greater, assuming finances are sorted out and with a new Nomad. As noted from other footprints the former Nomad was not that highly ranked by the Market. We shall see. Hopefully we should hear some positive news soon, and my fingers are crossed.

Wouldn't be suprised to see more Holdings taken up over the next few weeks. We shall see.

There are also offerings that keep events secure: on a recent visit to Shanghai, the group's biometric tickets ensured that David Beckham was only greeted by those deemed appropriate. Raymond Chu, the group's Hong Kong-based chief executive, says the decision to list in Hong Kong is due to the insistence of the company's UK institutional investors, who wanted the stock to gain liquidity. There is another benefit for UK-based shareholders. The company's management is based in Hong Kong and most of its business is in China, east Asia and the Middle East. Having it subject to the strict corporate governance rules imposed by the Hang Seng should add a little comfort for investors.

Just having a read here. I tend to to agree with Sandhopper's insomniac comments and still have my fingers crossed for CMR. It's obvious, talks and meetings have and are taking place. If CMR sort out reasonable terms with mentioned parties and are reinstated back to AIM, we shall see a lift in the SP and there is everything to look forwards to. As Sandhopper states Quintana has now become a "money machine". With some fine tuning of the operations we should see great strides ahead. This is me looking on the bright side and if things work out, this would not be a Stock I would think of offloading.

Outside the FTSE 100, corporate power supplier Chloride rose 15.5% as the group said the fiscal fourth quarter has been in line with expectations. ( Holding Up )

Material handling solutions provider Clyde Process (CPSP) announced that it has been awarded a 9.3 million pound contract by a North American food ingredient and sugar products provider. The order followed on from an initial 1.8 million pound order placed by the same customer in September 2008 and is the biggest contract won by the company to date. Chief Executive Alex Stuart commented: “This is the largest order the Group has secured this financial year and will strengthen our order book position as we enter our next financial year in March.” The contract should be a sigh of relief for employers who were told that staff were going to be sacked and full year operating profits would be around 2 million pounds less than expected. The share price moved 4p ahead to 25p.

Outside the FTSE 100, PartyGaming rose 3.7%. The online poker provider said its 2008 adjusted operating profit should be at least $143 million, up 28% and ahead of expectations. But it said trading conditions have remained tough "with an un-level playing field in poker and the appreciation of the U.S. dollar against other currencies continuing to impact top line performance." PartyGaming is referring to sites that still allow U.S. players to play poker despite a Justice Department crackdown. Average gross daily revenue slipped 2% in the five weeks ended Feb. 4.

If any one's in here just noticed this Profit Announcement______ I stated in my Chairman's statement, that was released on 12 November 2008 that, 'I am pessimistic regarding the trading results for the current year.' The position has since deteriorated further, which will result in the operational losses being adversely affected. It is anticipated that the interim results for the 6 months ended 31 December 2008, will be released around 23rd February 2009.
