On completion of the 2nd paragraph a RNS will be made and will detaili the issue of 385 million shares in my opinion

Therefore paragraph one may be in the process and issue of shares not made until that as happened

The joint venture is not fully formalised until the conditions precident have all been met in the first 2 paragraphs of the RNS, when they have been met another RNS wii be issued and the joint will be set or not

It’s not 385 million as half of those are locked for 12mths
