Craig is hinting at several new deals in the US of various size insurers

Any news on this not so rapid rollout from 1 year ago, no mention in the latest trading update

The one-month rapid pilot programme will test whether G4S can use the offer of the installation of a free LeakBot to incentivise customers of one of Denmark's largest insurers to accept an in-home security assessment visit. If successful, the "Free LeakBot" offer will be marketed to this insurer's customers at scale, becoming a key part of G4S Shield's customer growth activities in Denmark.

How much lower is this going?

Here are two potential disadvantages to using smart water meters:

Low mobile signal affects performance: Some smart water meters communicate through mobile networks. If the area has a low mobile signal, this could affect data transfer to the service provider.

Not yet supported by all service providers: As of now, not all utility companies and municipalities, the world-over, are able to support smart water meters.

CHALLENGES IN SMART WATER METERING

Although there are many benefits and opportunities the smart metering delivers, the adoption is very slow due to high costs, technology limitations, regulatory frameworks, and others.

Major drawbacks include;

High deployment and maintenance costs

Lack of sufficient infrastructure to support smart metering

Lack of skills

Interoperability issues

Weak communication signals in some locations

Power cabling challenges in confined and remote locations

Limited network reach

Despite the benefits of wireless technologies, there could be a few challenges, especially with meters installed in the basements or locations with weak signals. Also, the lack of compatible devices is a challenge if existing wired or wireless infrastructure does not support the transmission technologies

Just some of the disadvantages to be overcome for smart meters

Assuming the 400k reciept on the 2nd April was from the placing it would mean a burn of 100k per month or thereabouts on the original amount

Sorry didn’t word that right , if as a shareholder you hold share above 3% you have to notify the market if you sell any holdings, so if he sold any amount that reduced his % holding he would have to inform the market, this is done via a TR1 , we haven’t seen any

Heddle as 5.8% share holding the threshold is 3% so if he was selling he would have to issue a TR1

No mention of the progress with Australia /New Zealand although in a recent interview he says news soon on the trials ,

To be honest I never thought I would be able to buy shares again in the 16’s last placing price was 20.5, warrants are an average of 22, so who as been selling down? Not that it really matter as it creates a great buying opportunity
