WT has vented his annoyance with the BOD on numerous occasions in the past. We can write as many emails as we want, but get the same treatment as 99% appear to go straight to junk with their lack of response.

Jiv. Yes , I know any money is useful in our position, but what I'm trying to say is that there has to be some time limit on Oxilio's rights to 001. You cannot just take a couple of hundred grand (peanuts) , and give them the rights to in perpetuity in the hope that someday they'll strike a deal in years to come.

Jiv. A deal that pays the wages for a couple of months will not be a positive step. It will be seen to be what it is , desperation. Might get a Twitter spike and that's it.

The whole point of the ox deal is surely not a couple of hundred thousands up front to last us a couple of months, as you put it, but tying up our product to a company that has perhaps little prospect of marketing it , with all the talk of capping payments at 2 million p.a. There would need to be timescales set for Oxilio to be successful imo.
Plus I would like the board to be more upfront with us and drop this "undisclosed payment" carp and give us the facts.

I still think a weak ox deal will be worse than no deal at all. The sp might jump on news but it'll be 99% traders in and out.
Need a strong deal to highlight how the company has moved on from it's insipid past.
