The price is down because there are more sellers than buyers, as there has been for months. Mm's are just following the trend so as not to end up with expensive shares on their hands and no buyers.

I've made a few Bob, not a lot, trading twice .
Have lost an awful lot more selling down my holding over the past few months. But glad I did looking how things have gone since.
I actually thought over the weekend about averaging down what's left first thing Monday thinking sentiment had changed to the positive. Glad I didn't.
Perhaps no substantial positive reaction sp wise after 002 results as people wait to see if it can be marketed

You see , that's what this company has never understood re keeping investors onboard. A bad deal , or one that's perceived as one due to lack of clarity, is almost as bad as no deal.
A lot of us have been dealing in shares for a long time, and if there is one thing CEO's love more than anything is to announce how well there doing. So negotiating a good deal is announced with great fanfare and detail. A poor one with no meat on the bones whatsoever sighting the well worn " undisclosed for contractual reasons"

the lack of information relating to the deal is par for the course as far as nfx are concerned, and yet people were expecting the market to be strong around this deal. Why? Why jump aboard a company that leaves its shareholders completely in the dark. It was always going to be a damp squib without firm figures, strong figures.
Nothing has changed regarding detail offered to pi's. Same old mentality.
I expect the Ox deal was signed off by nfx six months ago and the bod were just waiting for Ox to raise their cash to seal the deal.
