How is that a DRC Money update? Latest update is there is no DRC money. I'll wager there will never be any as promised or hyped.

Hilarious. I have trawled the board and can find nothing even remotely actionable. He isn't going to spend £1,000 for a serious cease or desist letter from a reputable London firm which can be summarily ignored. The audience here is so small as to be considered unimportant. Let's not forget, if it's true it isn't actionable. The pics claiming matters on Twitter (X) are more serious as they could be considered by Stock Exchange authorities but, as I point out, RRR has so few followers on Twitter it is nowhere near expansive enough.

The photo's were easily found not to have been originated by RRR. What is more worrying is that any listed company a) Isn't technically savvy enough to realise there is this simple method of ascertaining provenance and b) Is so arrogant as to treat recipients of their messages with the contempt these images demonstrate. The starting point with anything RRR is "between the lines". I personally always treat everything as being deceitful until proven otherwise.

They are examples of a methodology for running a corporate vehicle whose aim has private shareholders chasing "the big win" without being told there has never been a prize draw.

You all seem to forget that Bell is in his very late '60's. Sell your shares in Bisto as the gravy train looks about to smash into the buffers when the DRC money is discovered as "Cyprus". The ambition for this company has, in my opinion, likely always been geared towards the personal, not shareholder benefit.

The answer to the questions about when the IPO is happening never get answered. Is it because it isn't going to happen? The SF-1 will expire. More smoke and mirrors in the style we are all accustomed to. I wonder if the idea is to trigger some poorly worked out algorithm somewhere.

I fail to understand how anybody doing proper research could ever come up with this as an investment, punt or gamble. The coin has 2 tails. The spread alone is more than any jammy fluke revenue receipt would justify. The lies, half truths and cleverly worded deflections and double-entendres are part of the calculation aren't they?

My research has us going places and a couple of quite big buys already. One not showing yet.

Yes Spec. You are absolutely right. My point is that it is pretty much the same amount of work for the underwriters but a percentage of a much smaller number, including warrants. The fees will be disproportionate. Otherwise every company without a pot would list. It would be Ponzi central.

Ah yes, but that's if it goes ahead. Can't see it any time soon and it isn't in the Nasdaq calendar. To raise less than half the amount in the SF-1 is possibly not worth it. The underwriters will probably not be keen either.
