HotShot, you've made some good points there. The proposed deal looks like it'll have involved a great deal of work. It's not something flung together. It's complexity has confused a few, if not scared them. But it's a genuine plan. Those heavily invested, particularly LTHs, are more likely to see view the deal as value accretive in due course. I believe it will be too (now that I've digested things).

We do need more detail, and RHA ownership news. I believe that news will be arriving very soon. At which point, some of this will make more sense.

Another tough day but this wasn't bad news. Just not what we expected at this stage.

Hammered11, I can understand everyone's frustration and anger. Most medium to long term holders have wanted a short quick resolution and quick move through the gears.

It's a more realistic plan, a medium term plan. It is genuine.

We need more detail though and also news on RHA ownership.

This will recover some ground by end of day. The new arrangement needs absorbing an clarity given. But this was not bad news. It just wasn't what he had expected at this time. They should really have waited for RHA ownership to be sorted. Think RHA will be with us very soon.

...was always going to be difficult to make sense of and absorb. But the consolidation outlined gives potential for significant progress on the projects/assets we have. It's a genuine plan, in my view. But it should've been released after ownership sorted. Would've have made so much more sense.

Have had no choice but to add another several million.

It is possible the eventual liquidation of Circum within PREM will result in a special dividend.

Once we have more clarity, this could play better than folks have realised

DOIRE, I can't say a huge amount more as I'm trying to make sense of this.

All of our assets going into a new company that will consolidate expertise, tech and infrastructure, while PREM remains, with its Circum stake, with existing PREM holders holding in both.

The plan here is that 'we' should be leaving Cicrum investment to 'mature', to be sold in due course, and we go from a cash shell' to an 'investment vehicle', while Newco progresses with the work on the assets we currently have.

Over the medium to long term, that sounds reasonable. However, it was not what we were expecting and drop in SP reflect that uncertainty and is sucker punch blow.

Am I happy right now?

No. Gutted in fact.

Can this work out?

Perhaps.

Not the news I was expecting...

Over the medium and long term, there is a significant plan in place that should deliver shareholder value. In the near term, however, we need more clarity (particularly in trying to understand the upside for shareholders and how quickly this can be turned around) and still need RHA ownership concluding.

In the meantime, the drop in SP painful.

Futureisbright, when the news lands, just the plain releif could take us out to 1p.

Seriously though, when RHA is sorted, we should move past 0.30p and into the 0.40p range. This before any JV.

I don't islow progress as long as there's progress. We are though at a point where getting RHA signed off is important for moving to the next series of stages. Whatever discussions taking place the scenes, they have limited material value until they are able to realised out in the open. At this point, it's not just for us PIs. I do feel that the PREM team need something to celebrate too. For all that's said about them, they're working extremely hard at the moment.

News remains imminent. Poised as always, like a coiled spring.

We all know and have discussed to death what PREM is about and has going on, the individual projects and assets, the possible JVs, possible impacts on SP.

GR has done everything he humanly can, the process to sort RHA by now fairly transparent.
