For what it's worth, I do believe the marlet believes that the project is viable. It's more a question of when... when things looked to have fallen into place such that it's moving to the next step (whatever that looks like).

But as things stand, we remain massively undervalued. Wth near term funding worries somewhat calmed, and with this deal now being digested, this could turn in an instant. For what it's worth, I've added some more today (though it's showing as a sell for some reason).

I am absolutely in the same camp as yourseleves, that this court case was inevitable. Had said previously that any LTH should see that it was not possible to keep going with Hope/ OMF involved. That if PIs/Holders had intentions of sticking with the company, it should be evident Hope/ OMF needed to be ejected as they were out to run the company down. Even at best, they would've been a nightmare ZM and SN to work with (and has been more than evidenced by what we have been learning since).

Have high hopes we will come out of this OK. Good luck to all the genuine holders and folks!

3 or 4 week wait is nothing for the LTHs.

Once we have expanded Zulu, the project will be an absolute monster. But what's great also is that in relative terms CAPEX and OPEX are extremely attractive. We're headed towards a phenomenal NPV with the Zulu DFS.

...Steve N knows what evidence they have in their favour - the very same evidence that seems to have persuaded the judge :-))

glosman, you are correct. No way that NOMAD would allow that RNS unless they had proepr evidence - i.e. saw the letter itself. Is the case for all the letters.

This shouldn't be in doubt.

Notification of approval of the $6million is great news, esepcially as $6million is a signficant amount and I'm sure many would've thought it couldn't possibly happen (any money back would've been good news - $6million back is cracking news!). We just need that money handed over ASAP (think folks need to remember that this money goes only towards RHA). Then we will have some serious volume here and chance of churning through the overhang of shares and on towards 0.20p and then 0.30p. Let's not forget we have EPO news to come, as well - not to mention news on Circum.

At those kinds of levels, there'd be less resisatnce to raising funds for HBR. Certainly, don't want to see a another raise under 0.20p and 0.30p if we could help it.

That sall said, we are crazily undervalued!!
