Artic, ask yourself a few questions.
What price the house/Flat?
What are the costs, estate agent, surveyors, solicitor, stamp duty
Expected rental yield.
Then there's maintenance, insurance, management fees, tenancy agreement, potential for a bad tenant
Now, if he simply bought shares or even an investment trust/ETF, capital growth, income reinvested, would he make more money after all the aforementioned expenses?
Would he have less hassle?
