Yes, my 10K buys might be confused for yours!
Very true.
However, it seems sensible to try to manage that each of the family trading accounts reaches the tax free allowance then pay the taxes which are due...
Don't fly Iberia!
The journey back from Santiago in early March after our 3 weeks in Antarctica + S. Georgia + the Falklands was awful!. Hurtigruten had put us on Iberia, rather than BA!
Thank you.
I have one problem, albeit a good one. I bought 40K of 4D in my son's II trading account on 4th-6th April, also some Atlantic Lithium at the same time. These two, plus the Joules he already had at 53p means that he is nudging his Capital Gains allowance for the year already!
I'm so happy at having added 30,000 this morning at 46p.
I realised over the long weekend that I was seriously underweight in this share.

I have very probably played in more markets than you have, in my time.
Whenever I chartered a ship on the voyage market, or a one year time-charter, or created and sold freight derivatives to mitigate the risk:
or purchased and sold huge volumes of crude oil or:
purchased and sold reasonable volumes of oil products:
or managed the currency transactions contingent upon selling gasoil from storage in GBP, having purchased shiploads in USD:
or transacted Brent-related derivatives approaching a billion barrels:
or refusing to grant open credit to Enron:
or operating in an environment populated by Marc Rich, Tom O'Malley and John Deuss.
As a former international Bridge player, I understand probability theory better than most, although I have never backed a horse.
I don't take kindly to being labelled as unsuited for investing by some random stranger hiding behind an anonymous identity.
I, too, hate the concept of short selling, especially of companies attempting to cure disease and other health problems.
However, had it not been for those leeches, I might have overlooked this company and missed investing in it.
Let's hope that the market favours the LTH's, as well as we new arrivals.
TauntonBoy:
Your user name reminds me of when an oil trader was our guest at a Christmas lunch in Knightsbridge on the day that he was planning to attend a formal evening dinner with his wife. He slept on the train, missed his stop at Didcot and woke up at Taunton. He made the dinner in time for dessert.
Thank you, TauntonBoy.
I've only had 1.5 glasses of Pouilly Fume.
I try to invest for a mixture of dividends and growth.
My trading share is Plus500. I recycle £100K of capital and have achieved a return of £201K from January 2020 on total purchases of £6.415 million. My daughter's portfolio is up from £24,600 to £50,600 since April, 2020. She's saving to buy a property.
Have a good weekend. Champagne is on ice for when our daughter gets home.
Another UT at a price above the day's high.
One of the reasons I am so happy is that my daughter has 30K shares in her ISA and it's her Birthday.
It just did!
I wish all you LTH good luck. I only jumped on board recently, with 90K shares across the family.
I just bought 20K shares at 155. First time I have owned this share.
All that I can see is a small uncrossing trade priced at 65P.
It might need something more tomorrow to maintain this level - sigh!
Current holding is 120K shares.
Where did that come from?
