Some may like to read the procedures of the insolvency court here (apologies if this is repeated) http://bbr391.blogspot.co.uk/2014/12/hightex-and-conundrum-of-debtor-in.html
"I'm not saying he isn't, however you would assume for a specialist roofing company their profit margin on 10mil contract win will reduce their debt significantly." unquote So lets have a look at the figures Turnover 2009 = £20m profit £.78m. Turnover 2010 = £30m profit £2m. Turnover 2011 =£20m loss £5m T/O 2012 = £17m loss £1m One should never Assume as it makes an Ass out of U and Me!
Jan... Happy new year (or Godt NytÅr) and thanks for checking the sums. However, If they win a contract, you know that this share will go ballistic and that why the fundamentals don't matter. .0016 to .16 in sixty seconds.... where there's hope there's someone ready shake the MM's
At the moment they cannot go for any contracts....Gloom ...but there is a solution!. They find a company that will Factor their Debtors say on a 50% pre-invoiced basis (fully insured of course), this will be their cheapest and only option (no free shares, no guarantees etc, then they go hell-for-leather on any contract going.. tricky but possible. They need to get rid of the ridiculous loan and share guarantee with TCA who will do a deal, then tell them to go west. Perhaps sell off the whole of SolarNext including the Directors Share Holdings which they should use to re-invest in Hightex (after all they stole SolarNext from Hightex). Make a deal with the creditors to enable them to keep supplying in the promise that Hightex will give them future business. Make a deal with the insurance company re the Fraud and drop the legal (costly) action. Once they have balanced the books perhaps ask the market for a little 'pocket money' Hey Presto
The luck is certainly against this share and I cannot see any possible way out of their situation. The usd/euro exchange rate when the loan was taken out in March means that there is a usd360,000 xchange loss. The outstanding loan has also escalated by another usd350,000 in interest alone. Then there is the usd200,000 loan arrangement fee that was given in shares at a guaranteed price. The number of shares in March to cover the usd200,000 fee was 22,893,772 it now stands at an amazing 104,705,882. Has anyone got any solutions... maybe swapping for a payday loan?
Hey I am the funniest guy on LSE .... last trade 99,019 ALL ODDS again and they add up to 28 ..... something is UP ... The company could be bought out by another Deutsche company in a similar business and believe me there are loads (there's one just around the corner in the same Strasse) ... look into the past and you can find the origin of this Company and a sure bidder ....the Euro is in rapid decline so It is a cheap opportunity, the Ukraine workers are now hungry to spread their wings (most of them are mountain climbers and they are in it for the thrill) . Watch out for someone buying over 3% in a day .... it could be a BIG opportunity ... just a thought what do I know? I did see loads of Ukrainian workers on Facebook in 2014 and they are a close knit community ... but they do post pics and let you know when they start a job and what fantastic selfies as they hang on to a scaffold 3000 metres up .... they showed all the finished stadiums before anyone else knew .... Hope they got paid because they are so worth their weight ....pity the company didn't get paid as it was all looking so good.
Sorry 200,000 should read $200,000 or 22 million hares of course!!! 22 22 22 22 ............ahhhhhhhhhh Hightex, a leading systems engineering company which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported membrane roofs and facades worldwide, announces that the Company has today issued 22,893,772 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in connection with the loan facility announced on 26 March 2014.
If and it's a big IF ... they win a contract that they haven't even tendered for in Qatar or Lake Wobegon (I've heard that this is the latest BIG project for a huge membrane roof over the Lake). The SP will hit .87 before TCA sells their 200,000 shares to get them out of jail. Most on here would have sold at .22 due to the code 7591
Into Oil and it's for nothing at moment but you can sell forward and make $millions .... just make it long. However someone said everything in the future will become cheaper at some point. Make sure you miss that point and of course make sure that it's not an Aim share. Asos is my baby and Betfair is a fair bet Rockhopper will be good in the longer term and Aminex is good to buy at 1.8 and sell at 3 as is Solo (follows). Banco Santander is a steal at 450 and Blinkx has to do better at 29??? yep pretty boring lot and Hightex is the big daily gamble ...as long as you cover your losses with betfair
Sorry Pumpky you do need to buy about 20 million at .0018 to take part ... I didn't realise that you were caught holding at .09 which is the same level as TCA so you are among important people. It will get there if.....................no one sells.........Not on this board
Facts are facts ... but for Pumpers and Dumpers this is a great share..... Most of the posts are Scams from overseas and as it is such an easy target it's better than gold mining and trolling for bank details. For 'them' you are all cannon fodder ready to buy in and give them a 20% return in a day... It's the Nigerian "I've been left $30million and need your bank account scam" ... only more refined and simple. They buy and post and sell and boast ..... it's a target... so easy when you are trying to do the same thing, day trading and telling everyone that you are long term and know that the company will do good. What a load of Blox you are all talking... when did they last make a REAL profit (goodwill isnt $$$$) They are $6million in debt and have nowhere to go... Doom and Gloom but a playable share. Money to be made, not sure if its legal... or that one can sleep at nights... but the Nigerians do need a lift ... keep up the hype for their sake, they may be called Bill or Steve but they can't string a sentence together...... Why not get together and set a buying in day and hype this share So that the MM's don't know what hit them? after all we are all in it for the Long Term aren't we?
Yep you can always buy .... try selling on that rise. OK Here's whatI would do. Buy in the morning at .0017 and keep the buys coming say in £500 tranches at .0018 and follow it up to .0034 (say £20k invested) Now the important bit I put in a selling order at .0034 even though I have just paid the ask! Start a thread about a CONTRACT or LOAN agreement and pass on some idiotic news that can easily be found .... the rest of the crowd will buy (just in case they miss out) .... Once you've sold out at .0034 you can be sure others will follow (no news NO REASON) ..... then Once you have stuffed all your mates... sit back and do the same again when it hits .0017 again. Might even try it myself ........ pocket money needed lol!
That made me laugh. Thanks Jan.... The thought of someone who is owed usd2million and is sitting on a few hundred thousand worthless shares (with a guaranteed value at .87cents each) is putting it's hand in it's pocket each week to give the Directors pocket money!!!! Perhaps to enable the Directors to buy more assets ( Solarnext is almost a Director owned company) that asset should have a belonged to TCA who hold a charge over all assets. TCA are not in a very good position as Hightex has thrown a protective umbrella over the main trading Company and are selling off SolarNext .... this is a mess and only a takeover/sale can sort it out. IMO.... I love it .... Pocket Money lol
Only ....they haven't tendered for anything big as they simply cannot finance any big venture and they have no credibility. Nil credit rating and nil insurance for creditors means they will be unable to go for any project unless they get cash up front...... emmm? Hightexy unlikely!!! If you read their notes you will see they are seeking a partner or a buyer and in the meantime are going for smaller business. The Ukraine labourforce is all quiet on FB.
Exciting to see the price back to exactly what I paid for them in December 2012 ...was tempted to sell at 5000 but held and will buy more today..... and guess what I'm going to do if it hits 5000 again.....probably hold!
Looking good and on target .... it looks like a big hill to climb but I can't ignore the sudden rise and can only see 5.71 as a historical platform, I hate the word boom and prefer BANCO!!!.... Sorry only kidding ...its not my style and I don't hype or ramp it's just that the Bank has had change of Heart and with Olympic stars giving some street cred it's now ready to take on the baton and make some money.
