Jesus, what a farce. No institutional investors left in this company.

I don’t think I’ve ever held a share so promising but so frustrating at the same time. Had another look through the results, not a single red flag. Even the all salaries and remuneration combined is less than your average AIM CEO’s annual wage/remuneration. No selling the spike, no naughty behaviour, absolutely nothing bad. It’s just the silence is killing me, and the trade volume and buys is not exciting me at all (unless there really is a background buyer being worked through). We can deduce from the silence that either something big is being worked on or something bad has happened. My worry is that the Chinese have thrown their toys out the pram, or there is a legal/IP technicality. If this was a deal with say GSK I would be far less worried then the dodgy looking NSB. With this in mind I base my entire investment decision on the exceptionally strong team, the trial results and the fact that money has been exchanged. I don’t believe this company or product is hocus pocus and I will be holding for a long time. Patiently waiting for good news.

Looks like the pesky seller has stopped today. We are now in a good position to soar on good news.

Just downloaded the GetBusy app, needs work (task dates, private messaging service, groups and recurring tasks) but it’s a great idea. Just worried they are not moving faster. It’s such a great idea though.

The insane thing is Pharma companies without stage III proven products e.g OKYO currently have similar market caps to NFX. We have passed all trails and have deals yet we only have a £36 million market cap, its utterly pitiful.

Well it’s better knowing. Transparency and trust are the vital components of any successful relationship (business and personal). Let’s face it keeping quiet hasn't exactly kept investors happy the past two months, judging by the 50% share price fall.

I would rather have bad news than no news at all, I hate to say it but the PR of this company stinks.

£9.97 million market cap. Revenue of £1 million a year (judging by last half), breaking even next year. Rev growing at +99% in recent half. This is a gold mine but very much unloved in this terrible market.

Do we have a bulk buyer today?

I hold NFX because it passed every single filter I use to judge the quality of a stock, which is a phenomenal feat considering no other small cap got such a good score.

Hi Aim. Not doubting your knowledge just your forecasting claims. No one really has any idea what the share price will be so it is stupid to say what you think (want) to happen. If you use evidence to back your claim then I will pay more attention. I have found that the best way to make money on small caps is to naturally approach with caution and scrutinise everything, otherwise you get spiked, so I have a natural aversion to rampy rampy, but don’t take it to heart :)

I would rather ask Mystic Meg for predictions than listen to anything AIM has to say, I’m sure she’d be more reliable! Whether we like it or not this is going nowhere (apart from maybe down) until news. I and virtually no one else here has any idea what is going on and hopefully we will find out someday. I have a large holding here and I very much believe in the company but being realistic it is probably going to be a long wait. I am hoping that this company (if it does what it says it does) gets bought out. I remain optimistic especially considering no directors sold out the spike and the expertise the team have is phenomenal. We shall see :)

Cannot stand these idiotic “blue today” “10p by Friday IMO” posts. No one can predict the price and stop saying what you want rather than reality.

Good. Experience has made me develop a mistrust of the institutional investment industry. I actually now purposely look for shares with as little II exposure as possible. We are now in the stickiest hands that ever stocked :)

The damn seller still keeping a lid on things

Thanks for the info suratosa. I think I am beginning to understand the process. Any more details on this would be great from anyone. All is looking good. I see we also have a seller (PEEL), anyone have any idea how many they have left to sell?
