AMTE Power said that the unnamed 2.5 million investor has said it can introduce companies in which it has an equity interest to AMTE Power with the view to generating offtake agreements for sodium-ion battery cells.

Sounds to me like a good deal is coming to help save 'AMTE' and put it back on solid ground for the future.

Sustainable volume contract orders and services & solutions are the KEY to keeping the doors open, there will be lots of work to do, and it's not going to come without challenges, but hopefully with new vision and new strategic partnerships they can ensure ongoing business growth.

With the right vision, extended client base, volume repeat orders, and tighter financial controls I can see this hitting double digits within 6-12 months.

My part exit point is once they have turned that corner and have reestablished themselves as a force to be reckoned with once again ..

IF our potential investor has Worldwide contacts / clients for 'AMTE's products & solutions then this SP could be back in double digits pretty darn quick !!

So in the coming days we should see a equity investment of £2.5 million, with the equity investor buying 147.1 million shares for 1.7 pence per share, which would result in the investor holding 80% of the enlarged issued share capital. And the investor ‘intends to implement a financial solution’ for AMTE.

This possible investor has the leads / clients to make 'AMTE' a mid-long term turnaround success story.

Traders want the fast buck and can't wait for more than 10% before moving on, with all that could happen here this could be a total transformation.

Lifelines need to be grabbed and embraced, a total clear out of dead wood and improved vision and AMTE is a new beast.
