I like you also have some experience in 'Batteries' mainly AGM, Lithium, SLA and VRLA, but have done some nice project supply on more specialist solutions over the years.

'ATME' seems too experienced to just shut the doors, but saying that many businesses are finding things much harder these days, that said IF the DD carried out by the 'investor' offers a solid route to market then perhaps it could be a win win for all concerned.

Denchi Group have lots of prestigious clients, could they be the investor in 'AMTE', or maybe a buyout !!

My personal view is that until the potential investor is appointed 'AMTE' are only servicing existing contracts.

Staff members and the board have been advised not to answer the phone as forthcoming info will be sensitive and only advised via 'RNS'

For the last two days I have tried to get through to 'AMTE' on their Oxford number +44 (0) 1235 854 006 and the phone is constantly engaged or off the hook !!

Also today tried calling their Thurso number +44 (0) 1847 867200 and that rings then goes to an answerphone !!

For those that bought at 1.7 you are on a level playing field with the potential investor. Am sure he or she will want to increase their value once onboard so this is a patient hold.

For those that took their 10% yesterday and have moved on all the very best, everyone has an agenda and strategy.

AMTE Power said that the unnamed 2.5 million investor has said it can introduce companies in which it has an equity interest to AMTE Power with the view to generating offtake agreements for sodium-ion battery cells.

Sounds to me like a good deal is coming to help save 'AMTE' and put it back on solid ground for the future.

Sustainable volume contract orders and services & solutions are the KEY to keeping the doors open, there will be lots of work to do, and it's not going to come without challenges, but hopefully with new vision and new strategic partnerships they can ensure ongoing business growth.
